Abstract
本实用新型提供一种真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,包括驱动电机(10)、离合器(11)和主动链轮(12);离合器(11)安装在驱动电机(10)的输出轴上,主动链轮(12)直接与离合器(11)固定在一起;驱动电机(10)通过离合器(11)驱动主动链轮(12)。还包括从动链轮(13)和链条(14)或者皮带,所述从动链轮(13)套在底盘车的丝杆(15)上;主动链轮(12)通过链条(14)驱动从动链轮(13),从而带动丝杆(15)一起旋转。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电气技术领域,具体涉及中高压真空断路器技术领域,尤其涉及中/高压真空断路器的底盘车的驱动技术。
背景技术
图1是当前广泛使用的中高压真空断路器的底盘车驱动装置。它有三级传动链,包括驱动电机27,蜗轮蜗杆20,离合器21,链轮一 22,链轮二23,链条24,齿轮一25和齿轮二26。蜗轮蜗杆20安装在驱动电机的输出轴上,离合器21的一边与蜗轮固定在一起;链轮一22与离合器21的另一边固定在一起。链条24将链轮一22与链轮二 23连在一起;链轮二23与齿轮一25固定在一起;齿轮一25与齿轮二26啮合,齿轮二26套在丝杆上,可以带动丝杆一起旋转。
第一级传动链为:驱动电机27首先经过蜗轮蜗杆20和离合器21,驱动链轮一22;第二级传动链为:链轮一22通过链条24带动链轮二 23。链轮二23与齿轮一25固定在一起,从而带动齿轮一一起旋转25;第三极传动链为:齿轮一25和齿轮二26啮合,齿轮二26套在丝杆上,从而带动丝杆旋转。
这种设计通过三级传动,由驱动电机驱动底盘车的丝杆,带动底盘车运动。其结构复杂,制造安装繁琐,而且增加了产品成本。这种复杂的结构还由于驱动电机的竖直布置,使得其适用断路器的型号受到限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有的路器底盘车的驱动装置结构复杂,制造安装繁琐,成本高等缺点,提供一种结构简单、安装简单且成本低的真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,包括驱动电机、离合器和主动链轮;离合器安装在驱动电机的输出轴上,主动链轮直接与离合器固定在一起;驱动电机通过离合器驱动主动链轮;还包括从动链轮,其套在底盘车的丝杆上;主动链轮驱动从动链轮,从而带动丝杆一起旋转。
根据本实用新型的一最佳实施例,主动链轮通过链条驱动从动链轮。
根据本实用新型的一最佳实施例,主动链轮通过皮带驱动从动链轮。
根据本实用新型的一最佳实施例,驱动电机与底盘车的丝杆放置在同一个平面。
根据本实用新型的一最佳实施例,驱动电机采用永磁直流电机。
根据本实用新型的又一最佳实施例,驱动电机采用集成了逻辑控制单元的无刷直流电机。
本实用新型的中高压真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,设计简单,零件较少,安装方便,成本更低。

具体实施方式
下面结合各附图,详细描述本实用新型真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置的结构和工作原理。
图2是本实用新型的一最佳实施例的驱动装置结构示意图,图3 是本实用新型的驱动装置不带底盘车的单独示意图。与现有的驱动装置比例来,本实用新型真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置只有一级传动链,它包括驱动电机10、离合器11、主动链轮12、从动链轮13、链条14 和丝杆15。离合器11安装在驱动电机10的输出轴上;主动链轮12 与离合器11固定在一起;链条14将主动链轮12与从动链轮13连在一起;从动链轮13套在丝杆上,从而可以带动丝杆15一起旋转。
在电动操作模式下,驱动电机10通过离合器11驱动主动链轮12 旋转,主动链轮12通过链条14驱动套在丝杆15上的从动链轮13旋转,从而使得丝杆15旋转驱动底盘车前进或者后退。
根据本实用新型的一最佳实施例,当底盘车是用于较小的断路器时,链条可以改用皮带。相比使用链条,用皮带的好处是,如果电机的逻辑控制出线问题,皮带会崩断,而不会损坏电机或者断路器。而采用链条时,链条较硬,不会崩断,容易损坏电机或者断路器。
根据本实用新型的一最佳实施例,驱动电机除了采用永磁直流电机外,还可以直接采用集成了逻辑控制单元的无刷直流电机,它由于自带逻辑控制功能,所以不需要专门的电机控制器,成本更低。逻辑控制表如下所示:
本实用新型的中高压真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,可以实现与现有驱动装置一样的功能,却只有一级传动链。所以它设计简单,零件较少,安装方便,成本更低。
如图1所示,现有的中高压真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置中,有一个竖起来的驱动电机27,它会跟断路器干涉,因此这类底盘车只能用于部分断路器。如图2所示,本实用新型的中高压真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,驱动电机10与底盘车的丝杆15在同一个平面放置或者平行的平面放置(相对现有技术的竖直放置而言),不再采用竖起放置,不存在与断路器干涉的问题,因此这类底盘车可以适用于所有的断路器。
尽管为说明目的公开了本实用新型的较佳实施例和附图,但是熟悉本领域技术的人员,在不脱离本实用新型及所附的权利要求的精神和范围内,可作各种替换、变化和润饰。因此,本实用新型不应局限于较佳实施例和附图所公开的内容,本实用新型的保护范围以所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。
Claims (6)
1.一种真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,包括驱动电机(10),其特征在于:还包括离合器(11)和主动链轮(12);离合器(11)安装在驱动电机(10)的输出轴上,主动链轮(12)直接与离合器(11)固定在一起;驱动电机(10)通过离合器(11)驱动主动链轮(12);还包括从动链轮(13),其套在底盘车的丝杆(15)上;主动链轮(12)驱动从动链轮(13),从而带动丝杆(15)一起旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,其特征在于:主动链轮(12)通过链条(14)驱动从动链轮(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,其特征在于:主动链轮(12)通过皮带驱动从动链轮(13)。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,其特征在于:驱动电机(10)与底盘车的丝杆(15)放置在同一个平面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,其特征在于:驱动电机(10)采用永磁直流电机。
6.根据权利要求4所述的真空断路器底盘车的驱动装置,其特征在于:驱动电机(10)采用集成了逻辑控制单元的无刷直流电机。
