Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,其中,所述的汽车高位刹车灯包括面罩和壳体,所述的面罩固定地覆盖于所述的壳体上,且所述的面罩和壳体之间具有容纳腔,所述的容纳腔中设置有光导、至少两个的光源及线路板总成,所述的至少两个的光源分别位于光导的两端以形成照射在光导上的相向光束。采用了该实用新型中的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,在汽车的制动踏板被踩下来的时候,光源发出的光通过光导上的折光条纹发射出来均匀的条状光带,以便后面行驶的车辆易于发现前方的车辆刹车,起到防止追尾事故发生的目的,从而达到即满足高位刹车灯配光的法规要求,且发出均匀的条状光带增强车辆的高位刹车灯的外观美化效果。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车零配件领域,尤其涉及汽车车灯领域,具体是指一种双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯。
背景技术
目前市场上的汽车高位刹车灯大体上有以下几种:LED光源直射式(面罩上设计光学结构),利用菲尼尔透镜式,利用金属镀层反射式。外观相对单一,容易造成审美疲劳,使后方行驶的车辆不易发现前方的车辆刹车,容易造成追尾事故发生的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服了上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种即能够满足配光法规要求、又能使后方行驶的车辆易于发现前方的车辆刹车的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯具有如下构成:
所述的汽车高位刹车灯包括面罩和壳体,所述的面罩固定地覆盖于所述的壳体上,且所述的面罩和壳体之间具有容纳腔,所述的容纳腔中设置有光导、至少两个的光源及线路半总成,所述的至少两个的光源分别位于光导的两端以形成照射在光导上的相向光束。
较佳地,所述的光源数目为2,且相对于光导的中心相对称。
较佳地,所述的光导为直线型或具有弧度的长条状光导,所述的光导设置有折光条纹。
更佳地,所述的光导的轴向横截面为圆形。
更佳地,所述的光导为轴向横截面为圆形的长条状光导。
更佳地,所述的折光条纹从光导的两端往中间依次变高,且所述的折光条纹相对于所述的光导的中心相对称。
较佳地,所述的面罩的外表面设置有防水密封胶条。
较佳地,所述的光导与壳体通过卡扣件相配合。
较佳地,所述的壳体内部设置有卡槽以固定所述的光源及线路板总成。
采用了该实用新型中的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,在汽车的制动踏板被踩下来的时候,光源发出的光通过光导上的折光条纹发射出来均匀的条状光带,以便后面行驶的车辆易于发现前方的车辆刹车,起到防止追尾事故发生的目的,从而达到即满足高位刹车灯配光的法规要求,且发出均匀的条状光带增强车辆的高位刹车灯的外观美化效果。

为了能够更清楚地描述本实用新型的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例来进行进一步的描述。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯包括面罩和壳体,所述的面罩固定地覆盖于所述的壳体上,且所述的面罩和壳体之间具有容纳腔,所述的容纳腔中设置有光导、至少两个的光源及线路板总成,所述的至少两个的光源分别位于光导的两端以形成照射在光导上的相向光束。
其中所述的光源数目为2,且相对于光导的中心相对称;所述的光导为直线型或具有弧度的长条状光导,所述的光导设置有折光条纹;所述的光导为轴向横截面为圆形的长条状光导;所述的折光条纹从光导的两端往中间依次变高,且所述的折光条纹相对于所述的光导的中心相对称;所述的面罩的外表面设置有防水密封胶条;所述的光导与壳体通过卡扣件相配合;所述的壳体内部设置有卡槽以固定所述的光源及线路板总成。
如图1所示为本实用新型提供的一种双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯的整体俯视图,如图2所示,本实用新型提供的一种双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯包括面罩1、光导2、线路板总成3、壳体4,面罩1与壳体4之间形成内部容纳腔,光导2、线路板总成3、置于所述的内部容纳腔中。第一光源31、第二光源32分别位于光导2的两端,同时相向发光射向圆形光导2,并通过圆形光导上的折光条纹21发射出来,形成均匀的条状光带。
本实用新型提供的一种实施方式中,两个光源位于光导2两侧,并且关于光导2中心平面对称。
本实用新型提供的一种实施方式中,光导上的折光条纹21从两端往中间依次变高/或变深,并且关于光导中心平面对称。
本实用新型提供的一种实施方式中,面罩1与壳体4可以采用焊接的方式连接,例如,超声波或振动摩擦焊接的方式;也可以采用胶结、螺钉连接或者具有凹凸结构的卡接等的其他方式。
本实用新型提供的一种实施方式中,光源及线路板总成3与壳体4通过卡槽装配,卡扣或卯焊固定。
本实用新型提供的一种实施方式中,光导2与壳体4通过卡扣装配。
本实用新型提供的一种实施方式中,面罩1贴有防水的密封胶条5。
采用了该实用新型中的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,在汽车的制动踏板被踩下来的时候,光源发出的光通过光导上的折光条纹发射出来均匀的条状光带,以便后面行驶的车辆易于发现前方的车辆刹车,起到防止追尾事故发生的目的,从而达到即满足高位刹车灯配光的法规要求,且发出均匀的条状光带增强车辆的高位刹车灯的外观美化效果

1.一种双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,其特征在于,所述的汽车高位刹车灯包括面罩和壳体,所述的面罩固定地覆盖于所述的壳体上,且所述的面罩和壳体之间具有容纳腔,所述的容纳腔中设置有光导、至少两个的光源及线路板总成,所述的至少两个的光源分别位于光导的两端以形成照射在光导上的相向光束。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,其特征在于,所述的光源数目为2,且相对于光导的中心相对称。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,其特征在于,所述的光导为直线型或具有弧度的长条状光导,所述的光导设置有折光条纹。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,其特征在于,所述的光导的轴向横截面为圆形。
5.根据权利要求3所述的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,其特征在于,所述的折光条纹从光导的两端往中间依次变高,且所述的折光条纹相对于所述的光导的中心相对称。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,其特征在于,所述的面罩的外表面设置有防水密封胶条。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,其特征在于,所述的光导与壳体通过卡扣件相配合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双向入光的光导式汽车高位刹车灯,其特征在于,所述的壳体内部设置有卡槽以固定所述的线路板总成。
