本实用新型涉及的是一种双行程气缸夹具。
【背景技术】
目前的板材的加工过程中，需要对板材进行不同加工线的转移，而在转移过程中，需要用到夹具。目前的夹具一般采用普通气缸来夹取板材。但是，这种夹具对重量较大的板材，其夹持力度不够。而且这种夹具只夹取一种厚度的板材，当需要夹取不用厚度的板材时，只能更换不同的夹具。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种成本低、使用效果好、夹持力大的双行程气缸夹具。
针对上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
双行程气缸夹具，其特征在于包括支架1，在支架1上设有一排上夹爪2，在支架1上设有多个双行程气缸3，在各个双行程气缸3的输出杆上连接有与上夹爪2配合共同夹住板材5的下夹爪4。
如上所述的双行程气缸夹具，其特征在于所述双行程气缸3的个数为两个。

本案由于采用双行程气缸，故下夹爪与上夹爪之间的距离是可以调节的，那边就可以轻松解决夹持不同厚度板材的问题。
此外，本案采用两个双行程气缸来共同夹持板材，两个气缸同步动作，不仅夹持平稳，而且夹持力度大，适合夹持较重的板材。

如图所示，双行程气缸夹具，包括双行程气缸夹具，包括支架1，在支架1上设有一排上夹爪2，上夹爪2是固定在支架1上。在支架1上设有多个双行程气缸3，双行程气缸3也是固定在支架1上。在各个双行程气缸3的输出杆上连接有与上夹爪2配合共同夹住板材5的下夹爪4。下夹爪4与上夹爪2共同作用，夹持板材。由于采用双行程气缸，气缸具有两个行程。故下夹爪与上夹爪之间的距离是可以调节的，那边就可以轻松解决夹持不同厚度板材的问题。
更优的，所述双行程气缸3的个数为两个。所述下夹爪4与上夹爪2的个数均为四个，其中每一个双行程气缸3均连接有两个下夹爪4。采用两个双行程气缸来共同夹持板材，两个气缸同步动作，不仅夹持平稳，而且夹持力度大，适合夹持较重的板材。
