目前在汽车制造、内燃机等机械行业中，隔热罩主要用于隔离发动机排气***高温，确保周围的热敏元件在适宜的温度环境下正常工作。现有的隔热罩在长时间高温条件下受到剧烈振动，易出现裂纹，而导致车辆停止运行。

本实用新型的有益效果：有效地防止隔热罩在整车振动过大条件下出现裂纹，保证隔热罩隔热功能正常。
隔热罩安装排气歧管总成上，确保隔热功能正常。采用带有减震作用的排气歧管下隔热罩的安装结构，起到自身减震作用，来阻隔来自于发动机的整机振动。
