Abstract

本实用新型是一种叶轮给煤机的新型工作叶轮爪。现通用的叶轮给煤机的工作叶轮爪形状为圆弧曲线,工作扭矩大,消耗功率多,且被拨动的物料在料仓内的流动性也较差。本实用新型工作叶轮爪形状为对数螺线,它可以活化料仓内物料的流动,减小叶轮爪的工作阻力,达到被卸物料在料仓上流动顺畅和降低机器功率消耗的目的。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种叶轮给煤机(或称犁式卸料机)的叶轮爪(或称为叶轮犁臂)。
目前,火力发电厂从缝隙式煤仓卸煤都采用叶轮给煤机、叶轮爪是关系其工作性能的主要执行部件。由于叶轮爪的曲线目前均采用圆弧式的,这就不可避免地造成拨煤阻力(工作扭矩)较大,被拨动的物料流动方向不指向叶轮的回转中心,因而造成机器消耗的功率大等不足。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有新型曲线结构的叶轮爪,它可以克服现有技术中所存在的不足。
以上目的是通过将叶轮爪曲线改为对数螺线来实现的,其曲线方程式为r=r0e
由于具有对数螺线的叶轮爪在回转时,可以使与叶轮爪任意一点相接触的被拨动物料向其回转中心流动,这样可以活化料仓内物料的流动,使物料在被卸的过程中流动性得到显著的改善。在很大程度上减小了物料对叶轮的阻力,同时由于叶轮爪在工作时,对被拨物料所施加的力量和物料的运动方向一致,这样使机器所消耗的功率从理论上来说都用在拨动物料向外运动上了。也就是说使机器所消耗的功率远小于其它不同曲线叶轮拨动物料所消耗的功率,因此使机器的功率消耗得到降低。
下面结合附图对其进行详细的论述。
图1是本实用新型具有对数螺线曲线结构的叶轮平面图。
如图所示,叶轮包含有六个叶轮爪,每个叶轮爪上的L段为对数螺线曲线,O为叶轮的回转中心,a-a线的左侧为物料仓。当叶轮以角速度W旋转时,叶轮爪即将仓内物料拨出。
