由于近年来多起建筑保温火灾事件的发生，引发了各界对保温防火的思考，保温材料的防火性能史无前例的引起了业内各界的高度重视。然而，很多保温材料起火都是在施工过程中产生的，如:电焊、明火、不良的施工习惯。这些材料在燃烧过程中不断产生的融滴物和毒烟，同时释放出来的氯氟烃、氢氟碳化物、氟利昂等气体对环境的危害也不可忽视。为此，住房和城乡***和公安部于2009年9月25日联合发布了《民用建筑外保温***及外墙装饰防火暂行规定》公通字[2009]46号文通知。保温设计过程中防火性能更好、保温性能出色，更能赢得市场的认可。
申请号为201520627692.2 的使用新型该保温板由粘接槽、防火保温板主材、苯板胶层、耐碱网格布、纤维增强水泥砂浆粗糙面、装饰造型面贴合组成，由内向外依次为粘接槽、防火保温板主材、苯板胶层、耐碱网格布、纤维增强水泥砂浆粗糙面、装饰造型面；粘接槽与内侧墙体粘接固定，苯板胶层粘接防火保温板主材、耐碱网格布、纤维增强水泥砂浆粗糙面，装饰造型面贴于纤维增强水泥砂浆粗糙面上。该实用新型的防火等级较低，防火性能相对较差，安装牢固性得不到保证。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种EPS防火保温板，以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
一种EPS防火保温板，包括保温层、防火层、耐碱玻璃纤维网格层、装饰面，所述防火层包括发泡级聚苯乙烯层和喷涂层，所述喷涂层喷涂在发泡级聚苯乙烯层上，所述耐碱玻璃纤维网格层粘结在喷涂层上，所述装饰面粘结在耐碱玻璃纤维网格层。
优选的，所述喷涂层具体为EPS阻燃液。
优选的，所述保温层与发泡级聚苯乙烯层之间设有隔音板。
优选的，所述隔音板为硅钙板。
优选的，所述保温层左右两侧设有安装支柱。
本实用新型的优点是：采用发泡级聚苯乙烯制成该产品的防火等级为B1级，而采用EPS阻燃液为其在泡面均匀喷涂使由原来的B1级增加到A2级。它的防火性能得到进一步的提高，本实用新型中设有硅钙板，使它的隔音效果更加优异，在本实用新型的两侧设有安装支柱，可以更好地安装在指定的位置，本实用新型安装方便，比同类产品的防火性能、隔音性能强，具有实用价值。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示：一种EPS防火保温板，包括保温层1、防火层、耐碱玻璃纤维网格层6、装饰面7，所述防火层包括发泡级聚苯乙烯层4和喷涂层5，所述喷涂层5喷涂在发泡级聚苯乙烯层4上，所述耐碱玻璃纤维网格层6粘结在喷涂层5上，所述装饰面7粘结在耐碱玻璃纤维网格层6上，具有良好的防火保温性能。
在本实施例中，所述喷涂层5具体为EPS阻燃液，用发泡级聚苯乙烯制成该产品的防火等级为B1级，而采用EPS阻燃液为其在泡面均匀喷涂使由原来的B1级增加到A2级，使得它的防火性能进一步提高。
在本实施例中，所述保温层1与发泡级聚苯乙烯层4之间设有隔音板3且所述隔音板3为硅钙板，隔音效果得到进一步的加强与提高。
在本实施例中，所述保温层1左右两侧设有安装支柱2，使安装更方便牢固。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种EPS防火保温板，其特征在于：所述喷涂层具体为EPS阻燃液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种EPS防火保温板，其特征在于：所述保温层与发泡级聚苯乙烯层之间设有隔音板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种EPS防火保温板，其特征在于：所述隔音板为硅钙板。
