Abstract

本实用新型公开一种新型软管结构,包括有内管、外管和连接套,外管套在内管外部,所述内管为一体成型的空心管,中空部形成通水孔,所述内管的表面由内向外顺序包覆了尼龙网纹加强层和塑胶层,并且内管的端部二次注塑成型一接头,连接套松动的套在接头上。本实用新型通过在内管的表面包覆尼龙网纹加强层和塑胶层,可以有效强化内管的承压能力和抗腐蚀性;而二次注塑成型于内管端部的接头,进一步提高了内管的连接强度。

一种新型软管结构
技术领域
本实用新型关于一种水路连接用的软管,特别是指一种与其结构相关的新型软管结构。
背景技术
软管多应用在龙头、洁具、淋浴器的水路连接上,目前市面上的软管一般为单管和双层管结构。如图1所示,为习用的一种单管软管,考虑到流体压力,这类软管通常采用硬度比较高的塑胶或PE类材质制作,强度高但挠性不佳,折边处容易发生折死;并且由于管体表面没有保护,容易受腐蚀或因外力破坏而发生破损、渗漏,影响承压能力,使用寿命短。如图2所示,为常见的一种双层管结构,该软管是采用内管和外管相套而成,内管采用挠性比较好的材料比如硅胶、EPDM、PPE或NBR等,外管采用尼龙或不锈钢编织管,起保护内管作用并配合内管弯曲、转动,双层管承压能力比较高;但是尼龙或不锈钢编织管在潮湿环境下也容易生锈腐蚀破损,进而影响内管,使内管失去保护易遭外力破坏而发生漏水。本案便由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可有效提升软管的承压能力和抗腐蚀性的新型软管结构,进而延长软管的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种新型软管结构,包括有内管、外管和连接套,外管套在内管外部,所述内管为一体成型的空心管,中空部形成通水孔,其中所述内管的表面由内向外顺序包覆了尼龙网纹加强层和塑胶层,并且内管的端部二次注塑成型一接头,连接套松动的套在接头上。
进一步,在二次注塑前,该内管的管口上形成一向外反卷的折边。
所述连接套的内端成型一挡缘,接头上设有与挡缘配合的限位凸缘。
所述外管采用不锈钢双扣管结构。
所述内管与外管端部之间还设有令二者实现嵌置配合的连接套。
所述外管端部外缘包覆有压紧套。
所述接头与连接套形成为一体的连接头并二次注塑成型于内管的端部。
所述连接头的前端是形成渐缩锥形斜面。
采用上述结构,本实用新型通过在内管的表面包覆尼龙网纹加强层和塑胶层,可以有效强化内管的承压能力和抗腐蚀性;而二次注塑成型于内管端部的接头,进一步提高了内管的连接强度。
另外,嵌置于内管与外管之间的连接套与接头形成一体连接头的结构,不仅增强软管连接强度提高软管的使用寿命,而且令部件整体性佳,制作更加简便而节约成本。

具体实施方式
配合图3至图6所示,本实用新型揭示了一种新型软管结构,其包括有内管1、外管2和连接套3,所述内管1为硅胶或橡胶材质一体成型的空心管,具有可挠性弯曲变形的特性,中空部形成通水孔11,特别的是该内管1的表面由内向外顺序包覆了尼龙网纹加强层12和塑胶层13,藉此可强化内管,增强内管的承压能力。
如图1所示,该内管1的端部二次注塑成型一与连接套3配合的接头4,所述外管2套在内管1的外部,该外管2采用不锈钢双扣管结构,所述连接套3为中空的套筒结构,松动的套在内管端部的接头4上,连接套3的内端成型一挡缘31,接头4的前端设有与挡缘31配合的限位凸缘41,藉此可防止连接套3脱出接头4。
所述内管1与外管2端部之间还设有令二者实现嵌置配合的连接套5以及包覆于外管2端部外缘的压紧套6,以进一步实现二者的配合强度以及整个软管端部的连接强度。
如图2所示的实施例2,是进一步在二次注塑前,该内管1管口上形成一向外反卷的折边14,以此增加抗拉脱力,使内管1与接头4的结合更稳固。
如图4所示的实施例3,该接头4与连接套5可形成为一体的连接头7结构并二次注塑成型于内管1的端部,此内管1的管口上形成向外反卷的折边14,而接头4的前端面形成与内管1前端平齐的端面,并借助平垫圈实现与管路的密封连接。
该连接头7一体成型于内管1的端部之前,可对内管1进行热熔处理,以令内管1更佳的与连接头7连接,实现二者更佳的结合强度。
如图6所示的实施例4,为保证软管与需连接的管路配合的密封性更佳,该连接头7的前端是形成渐缩锥形斜面71,以伸置于管路中达至压紧密封的功能。
综上所述,本实用新型通过在内管1的表面包覆尼龙网纹加强层12和塑胶层13,可以有效强化内管1的承压能力和抗腐蚀性;而二次注塑成型于内管1端部的接头4,进一步提高了内管1的连接强度;再者嵌置于内管1与外管2之间的连接套5与接头4形成一体连接头7的结构,不仅增强连接强度提高软管的使用寿命而且令部件整体性佳,制作更加简便而节约成本。

1.一种新型软管结构,包括有内管、外管和连接套,外管套在内管外部,所述内管为一体成型的空心管,中空部形成通水孔,其特征在于:所述内管的表面由内向外顺序包覆了尼龙网纹加强层和塑胶层,并且内管的端部二次注塑成型一接头,连接套松动的套在接头上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型软管结构,其特征在于:进一步,在二次注塑前,该内管的管口上形成一向外反卷的折边。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型软管结构,其特征在于:所述连接套的内端成型一挡缘,接头上设有与挡缘配合的限位凸缘。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种新型软管结构,其特征在于:所述外管采用不锈钢双扣管结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种新型软管结构,其特征在于:所述内管与外管端部之间还设有令二者实现嵌置配合的连接套。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种新型软管结构,其特征在于:所述外管端部外缘包覆有压紧套。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种新型软管结构,其特征在于:所述接头与连接套形成为一体的连接头并二次注塑成型于内管的端部。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种新型软管结构,其特征在于:所述连接头的前端是形成渐缩锥形斜面。
