本实用新型涉及玻璃纤维短切毡的生产技术，具体涉及玻璃纤维短切毡生产过程中的沉降室。
背景技术
目前，玻璃纤维短切毡生产过程中使用的沉降室，通常在沉降室上开设进风口，进风口设置若干个风门，根据后道工序的检测结果，风门采用手动控制上下调节进而调节与该风门相对应位置的开口大小，从而调节进风量，实现短切毡落料均匀，在使用时，因采用手动控制调节，一方面调节精度差，另一方面调节不及时，形成更多废料，造成资源浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述问题，提供了玻璃纤维短切毡生产过程中的沉降室，根据后道工序的检测结果，通过控制单元控制电缸或气缸驱动风门，从而实现进风口上与该风门相对应位置开口大小的及时调节，进而使得短切毡落料均匀，避免浪费更多资源。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是：玻璃纤维短切毡生产过程中的沉降室，包括沉降室本体，沉降室本体上设有进风口，所述的进风口设有若干个风门组件，风门组件包括风门以及与该风门相连接的驱动装置，还包括用于控制驱动装置的控制单元，控制单元接收短切毡生产过程中检测工序的结果，并根据该结果控制驱动装置执行相应的动作。
其中，相邻两个风门之间保有间隔，间隔大小一致即若干个风门均匀分布在进风口上。
其中，控制单元为一电控箱，该电控箱可安装在沉降室本体上或安装在车间任意位置，亦可与玻璃纤维短切毡生产线的控制***集成一体。
所述的驱动装置为电缸或气缸。
所述的风门为方形面板。
本实用新型的有益效果是：控制单元接收通过控制单元控制电缸或气缸驱动风门，从而实现进风口上与该风门相对应位置开口大小的及时调节，进而使得短切毡落料均匀，避免浪费更多资源。

下面结合实施例，对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
玻璃纤维短切毡生产过程中的沉降室，包括沉降室本体，沉降室本体上设有进风口，进风口为一设于沉降室本体侧壁上的长条状通孔，所述的进风口设有若干个风门组件，风门组件包括风门以及与该风门相连接的驱动装置，相邻两个风门的设有间隔，该驱动装置为电缸，还包括用于控制驱动装置的控制单元，控制单元接收短切毡生产过程中检测工序的结果，并根据该结果控制驱动装置执行相应的动作。
其中，控制单元为一电控箱，该电控箱可安装在沉降室本体上或安装在车间任意位置，或与玻璃纤维短切毡生产线的控制***集成一体。
在本实施例中，进风口有两个即上进风口、下进风口。
使用时，控制单元即电控箱接收后道检测工序传递的信号，并根据该信号控制相应的电缸执行相应的动作，可及时准确的调整相应的风门所在处开口大小，提高生产质量。

1.玻璃纤维短切毡生产过程中的沉降室，包括沉降室本体，沉降室本体上设有进风口，其特征在于，所述的进风口设有若干个风门组件，风门组件包括风门以及与该风门相连接的驱动装置，还包括用于控制驱动装置的控制单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维短切毡生产过程中的沉降室，其特征在于，所述的驱动装置为电缸或气缸。
3.如权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维短切毡生产过程中的沉降室，其特征在于，所述的风门为方形面板。
