Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种耐高低温及耐酸碱腐蚀的超柔太阳能光伏电缆,包括多根光伏导体,每根光伏导体外包覆有覆微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成光伏绝缘线芯,多根光伏绝缘线芯外相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外依次包覆有纳米级半导电类金刚石膜屏蔽铝合金带、耐酸碱型EVA内护套、瓷化防火耐火复合带缠绕层、紫外光固化硅橡胶外护套层。本实用新型结构新颖,通过微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层、纳米级半导电类金刚石膜屏蔽铝合金带、耐酸碱型EVA内护套、瓷化防火耐火复合带缠绕层、紫外光固化硅橡胶外护套层等结构,可以保证成缆后具有优良的耐高低温、耐酸碱腐蚀、抗电磁干扰、防鼠咬性能,使用寿命长。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及太阳能光伏电缆,尤其涉及一种耐高低温及耐酸碱腐蚀的超柔太阳能光伏电缆。
背景技术:
传统的光伏电缆大多数都设计采用普通的PVC护套材料,但光伏电缆在长期恶劣条件下易开裂脆化、发生漏电火灾,及火灾条件下的氯化氢气体对光伏设备的腐蚀,容易对光伏电缆及控制***的寿命也会受到影响。光伏电缆虽然能承受一定范围的温度变化,但成本太高,电缆本身使用寿命短,并且使用环境有限,比如不利于严寒的环境使用。
所以这就要求光伏电缆具有良好的耐高低温、耐酸碱腐蚀、防鼠咬等恶劣环境性能要求。
实用新型内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐高低温及耐酸碱腐蚀的超柔太阳能光伏电缆,耐高低温、耐酸碱腐蚀、抗电磁干扰、防鼠咬性能,使用寿命长。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
耐高低温及耐酸碱腐蚀的超柔太阳能光伏电缆,其特征在于:包括多根光伏导体,每根光伏导体外包覆有覆微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成光伏绝缘线芯,多根光伏绝缘线芯外相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外依次包覆有纳米级半导电类金刚石膜屏蔽铝合金带、耐酸碱型EVA内护套、瓷化防火耐火复合带缠绕层、防鼠咬层、紫外光固化硅橡胶外护套层。
所述的耐高低温及耐酸碱腐蚀的超柔太阳能光伏电缆,其特征在于:所述的防鼠咬层采用非磁性金属材料制成,具体为锌合金丝编织构成。
本实用新型的优点是:
本实用新型结构新颖,通过微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层、纳米级半导电类金刚石膜屏蔽铝合金带、耐酸碱型EVA内护套、瓷化防火耐火复合带缠绕层、紫外光固化硅橡胶外护套层等结构,可以保证成缆后具有优良的耐高低温、耐酸碱腐蚀、抗电磁干扰、防鼠咬性能,使用寿命长。

防鼠咬层6采用非磁性金属材料制成,具体为锌合金丝编织构成。
本实用新型在实际使用过程中,具有优良的耐高低温、耐酸碱腐蚀、抗电磁干扰、防鼠咬性能,使用寿命长。

1.一种耐高低温及耐酸碱腐蚀的超柔太阳能光伏电缆,其特征在于:包括多根光伏导体,每根光伏导体外包覆有覆微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成光伏绝缘线芯,多根光伏绝缘线芯外相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外依次包覆有纳米级半导电类金刚石膜屏蔽铝合金带、耐酸碱型EVA内护套、瓷化防火耐火复合带缠绕层、防鼠咬层、紫外光固化硅橡胶外护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高低温及耐酸碱腐蚀的超柔太阳能光伏电缆,其特征在于:所述的防鼠咬层采用非磁性金属材料制成。
