本实用新型公开了贴片LED灯条布灯,包括柔性布套件和发光组件;发光组件由LED灯带条通过柔性导线连接而成;柔性布套件设有不透光底布和柔性透光片,柔性透光片覆盖在不透光底布上,不透光底布和柔性透光片之间设有用于放置LED灯带条的隔间;柔性布套件的一端设有开口,不透光底布在柔性布套件开口处的一端设置有将柔性布套件开口进行封口的固定遮盖片;发光组件与电源插头连接,电源插头伸出柔性布套件外。本实用新型提供的贴片LED灯条布灯,拆装简便,内部的任何一组LED灯损坏,也可以轻松抽出进行更换,提高使用率,并且可以横向或纵向卷打各种光效,达到特殊用光特效,在不使用时也可以收卷,节省空间。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯照明领域,尤其涉及贴片LED灯条布灯。
背景技术
现有的LED灯,在制作时不是使用较硬材料制作,就是在制作时将通常是将各个零部件之间粘贴成不可拆卸的一体,这样当内部LED灯损坏时,不可以更换,影响照明效果,使用率低,使用功能单一且不方便收纳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出的贴片LED灯条布灯,解决了现有技术问题的一个或者多个。
根据本实用新型提出的贴片LED灯条布灯,包括柔性布套件和发光组件;发光组件由LED灯带通过柔性导线连接而成;柔性布套件设有不透光底布和柔性透光片,柔性透光片覆盖在不透光底布上,不透光底布和柔性透光片之间设有用于放置LED灯带条的隔间;柔性布套件的一端设有开口,不透光底布在柔性布套件开口处的一端设置有将柔性布套件开口进行封口的固定遮盖片;发光组件与电源插头连接,电源插头伸出柔性布套件外。本实用新型提供的贴片LED灯条布灯,拆装简便,内部的任何一组LED灯损坏,也可以轻松抽出进行更换,提高使用率,并且可以横向或纵向卷打各种光效,达到特殊用光特效,在不使用时也可以收卷,节省空间。
在一些实施方式中,LED灯带条包含柔性电路板和LED灯,LED灯在柔性电路板上串联或并联连接。如此,单组LED灯损坏时,可以单独更换单组LED灯。
在一些实施方式中,不透光底布和柔性透光片的三边连接,形成具有一个开口的封闭空间,隔间置于封闭空间内。在封闭空间内设置隔间,可将多组LED灯带条更好的合成一个完整照明体。
在一些实施方式中,隔间通过在柔性布套件上缝合或粘贴形成。操作简单,易于实施。
在一些实施方式中,隔间和LED灯带条的数量相同。如此,保证了每个LED灯带条都有对应的位置放置,使LED灯带条放置得更加有序、稳固。
在一些实施方式中,还包括用于将固定遮盖片与柔性布套件开口连接的魔术贴,魔术贴的子贴设置在固定遮盖片上,与子贴相对应的母贴设置在柔性透光片上。如此,可以简单便捷的将柔性布套件开口封闭或拆开。
在一些实施方式中,还包括固定连接丈筋,固定连接丈筋设置在柔性布套件不透光底布外表面,用于将贴片LED灯条布灯安装到支架上。如此,贴片LED灯条布灯可以手拿或放在平台使用,也可以固定到支架上,拓展使用功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图,对本实用新型进一步详细说明。
如图1至7所示,贴片LED灯条布灯,包括柔性布套件1和发光组件2。发光组件2由若干LED灯带条21通过柔性导线22串联或并联连接。柔性布套件1分为不透光底布11和柔性透光片12,柔性透光片12覆盖在不透光底布11上并且三边连接形成一边开口的封闭空间。在柔性布套件1上通过缝合或粘贴的方式使柔性布套件1内部形成若干个用于放置LED灯带条21的隔间13,隔间13和LED灯带条21的数量相同,以保证每条LED灯带条都可以放置在隔间13内。LED灯带条21包括柔性电路板211和若干LED灯212,LED灯通过串联或并联的方式均布在柔性电路板211上。安装时,先将LED灯带条21的一端用柔性导线22串联或并联连接,并且接上电源插头4,电源插头4从柔性布套件1开口处的一端伸出柔性布套件1外与电源相连,另一端分别装进隔间13并使LED灯带条21完全装入隔间13内。
不透光底布11靠近柔性布套件1开口处的一端连接有固定遮盖片3,固定遮盖片3用于将发光组件装入柔性布套件1内部后将柔性布套件进行封口。固定遮盖片3上设有魔术贴5的子贴51,与子贴相对应的母贴52设置在柔性布套件1开口处的柔性透光片12上。本实施例中采用魔术贴将固定遮盖片3与柔性布套件1开口的连接,也可以用其他的方式连进行连接,在此不做限定。当LED灯带条21全部装入隔间13后,将LED灯带条21连接起来的柔性导线22会显露在柔性布套件1开口处,此时,只需将子贴51粘到母贴52上,即可将柔性布套件1开口进行密封,柔性导线22则被包住。
当需要拆卸时,撕开魔术贴5,手拿柔性导线22,即可整体将发光组件2轻松抽出柔性布套件1。
柔性布套件1的不透光底布11外表面还设置有固定连接丈筋6,数量可根据实际情况来定。本实施例中的固定连接丈筋6的数量为4个,设置在不透光底布11外表面的四个角,当需要将贴片LED灯条布灯悬挂使用时,将固定连接丈筋4分别套入支撑架的相对应的四个角上即可。
如图8、9所示,贴片LED灯条布灯因使用的材料均为柔性,具有可弯曲性,所以贴片LED灯条布灯可以横向或纵向卷打各种光效或收纳,达到特殊用光特效,在不使用时也可以收卷,节省空间。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.贴片LED灯条布灯,其特征在于,包括柔性布套件(1)和发光组件(2);所述发光组件(2)由LED灯带条(21)通过柔性导线(22)连接而成;所述柔性布套件(1)设有不透光底布(11)和柔性透光片(12),所述柔性透光片(12)覆盖在不透光底布(11)上,所述不透光底布(11)和柔性透光片(12)之间设有用于放置LED灯带条(21)的隔间(13);所述柔性布套件(1)的一端设有开口,所述不透光底布(11)在柔性布套件(1)开口处的一端设置有将柔性布套件(1)开口进行封口的固定遮盖片(3);所述发光组件(2)与电源插头(4)连接,所述电源插头(4)伸出柔性布套件(1)外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的贴片LED灯条布灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯带条(21)包含柔性电路板(211)和LED灯(212),所述LED灯(212)在柔性电路板(211)上串联或并联连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的贴片LED灯条布灯,其特征在于,所述不透光底布(11)和柔性透光片(12)的三边连接,形成具有一个开口的封闭空间,所述隔间(13)置于所述封闭空间内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的贴片LED灯条布灯,其特征在于,所述隔间(13)通过在柔性布套件(1)上缝合或粘贴形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的贴片LED灯条布灯,其特征在于,所述隔间(13)和LED灯带条(21)的数量相同。
6.根据权利要求5所述的贴片LED灯条布灯,其特征在于,还包括用于将固定遮盖片(3)与柔性布套件(1)开口相连接的魔术贴(5),所述魔术贴(5)的子贴(51)设置在固定遮盖片(3)上,与子贴(51)相对应的母贴 (52)设置在柔性布套件(1)开口处的柔性透光片(12)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的贴片LED灯条布灯,其特征在于,还包括固定连接丈筋(6),所述固定连接丈筋(6)设置在柔性布套件(1)不透光底布(11)外表面,用于将贴片LED灯条布灯安装到支架上。
