背景技术
现有的供馅机，分馅采用组合刀方式，一张一合进行分馅，另一种是采用剪刀形式，其缺点是，结构复杂，故障率高，分馅速度慢，而且使用过程中易出现故障，再则国家专利局授权的专利，“一种带馅食品打印装置，专利号201520193628.8，其结构复杂，在生产过程中某一个机构出现故障，将影响整机使用，而且后期维修成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的任务是提出一种结构简单，供馅速度快，使用寿命长的计量供馅机。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，一种计量供馅机，它包括料斗和电机，其特征在于：料斗的内腔中心位置的轴上装有搅拌器，电机上的输入轴与料斗内的轴通过键连接，靠近料斗的底部侧面开有一个出料口，出料口上安装有一个螺母，螺母上旋接出料管，所述出料管朝向弯曲通过六角螺母旋接有下料管，所述下料管的前面装有电磁阀。料斗和电机的布局是上、下竖向对应安装，料斗的底部通过一个折板固定，折板上打有穿过电机轴的孔。下料管上的出料口与输送带带面上下对应，电磁阀作为执行元件由液压缸控制。
本实用新型具有以下效果：本实用新型是专门给制作馅饼时提的供馅机，具有结构简单、生产过程中不易出现故障，而且后期维修成本低等优点。

结合以上附图详细描述实施例，料斗1的内腔中心位置的轴上装有搅拌器2，料斗1的下面通过固定架固定有电机3，进一步说，为了节省空间，料斗1和电机3的布局是上、下竖向对应安装，料斗1的底部通过一个折板固定，折板上打有穿过电机轴的孔，电机3上的输入轴与料斗1内的轴通过键连接，靠近料斗1的底部侧面开有一个出料口4，出料口上安装有一个螺母，螺母上旋接出料管，所述出料管朝向弯曲通过六角螺母旋接有下料管5，下料管上的出料口与输送带带面上下对应，所述下料管的前面装有电磁阀6。本实用新型采用电磁阀作为执行元件由液压缸控制，电磁阀打开使出料管里的馅通过出料口落入输送带7的带面上，电磁阀关闭，出料口关闭不出馅，从而控制了出料口的出馅计量，从而供下游完成馅饼的制作。
由于电磁阀是现有技术，在这里不再详细描述其结构和原理。
