本实用新型涉及一种无心磨床托板,属于磨床加工技术领域。
背景技术
无心磨床是不需要采用工件的轴心定位而进行磨削的一类磨床,主要由磨削砂轮、导轮和托板三个机构组成,其中托板的作用是确定工件的高度和支撑工件。目前杆部加工大多使用M1060无心磨床,该无心磨床采用切入式磨削方法,所用托板为切入式托板,适用于磨削细长圆柱形工件、无中心孔的短轴和套类工件等,在磨削过程中连续,无需退刀,装夹工件等复制时间短,生产效率高。但对于一些带有凸出部位的工件,在磨削时将凸出部位放置在托板上,当凸出部位过短时不能稳固工件,容易打滑和损坏工件。上述的M1060无心磨床的切入式托板不能满足特殊工件的连续加工条件。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能稳固工件凸出部位的无心磨床托板,可以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种无心磨床托板,包括连接在移动架上的固定板,在固定板上焊接有耐磨托板,在耐磨托板的上端面设有与工件截面形状匹配的支撑面。
上述的无心磨床托板,耐磨托板所用的材料为硬质合金。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型通过在耐磨托板的上端面设有与工件截面形状匹配的支撑面,这样可以放置工件凸出或者凹进的部分,能稳固工件,不容易打滑和损坏工件。固定板和耐磨托板采用不同的材质,这样可以降低产品成本。

实施例1.如图1所示,本实用新型是一种无心磨床托板,包括连接在移动架上的固定板1,在固定板1上焊接有耐磨托板2,在耐磨托板2的上端面设有与工件截面形状匹配的支撑面3,在加工时,将固定板1安装在无心磨床上,将工件放置在耐磨托板2上,工件的截面与支持面3匹配,不用退刀,能够快速装夹还能稳固工件,不容易打滑和损坏工件。耐磨托板所用的材料为硬质合金。

1.一种无心磨床托板,包括连接在移动架上的固定板(1),其特征在于:在固定板(1)上焊接有耐磨托板(2),在耐磨托板(2)的上端面设有与工件截面形状匹配的支撑面(3);耐磨托板(2)所用的材料为硬质合金YG8。
