本实用新型涉及一种泡罩包装机的数控纵切刀装置,包括机架、纵切浮动滚刀移动机构、控制装置,其特征是还设置有气缸支撑滑杆、浮动气缸、移动块、移动块支撑滑杆、滚刀滑杆、电机,气缸支撑滑杆、移动块支撑滑杆、滚刀滑杆均安装在机架上,气缸支撑滑杆上活动安装浮动气缸,移动块支撑滑杆上滑动安装移动块,滚刀滑杆上活动安装纵切浮动滚刀,电机通过丝杆与移动块连接,浮动气缸的活塞置于纵切浮动滚刀内,移动块上设有纵切浮动滚刀安装槽,控制装置与电机、浮动气缸均连接并控制电机、浮动气缸工作。本实用新型设计合理,结构简单,实现纵切浮动滚刀使用数量和定位的自动控制,降低了操作人员的专业要求,减少劳动量和时间,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

Description

一种泡罩包装机的数控纵切刀装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种泡罩包装机的数控纵切刀装置,主要用于包装自动生产线上将物料(如:注射器、注射针、输液器、手术包、药品以及食品等)进行包装分切加工。
背景技术
现有泡罩包装机的工作原理:在机器上包装底膜(塑料薄膜)两边各被夹子链夹住带入机器;机器的驱动使夹子链每走一个单模距离将包装底膜带入成型区,在模具的作用下通过加热和吸塑将包装底膜成型数个适合放物料的型腔;包装底膜进入放物区,通过人工或辅助机器将物料放入包装底膜的型腔内;覆盖膜(或纸)进入机器并盖住型腔的开口面,一起进入封合区;运用封合机构将覆盖膜(或纸)与装有物料的型腔膜封合在一起成为连续的产品,包装完成;进入切割区,将连续的产品切割成便于使用的单体。切割分横切和纵切;横切垂直于产品移动方向,将包装物切断,保留夹子夹住部分使其能一体运动;纵切平行于产品移动方向,将每模横向的个体切成单体,并将夹住部分(废边)切除;包装完成后的单体产品从出料口输出,从而完成了包装机生产线的整个工作。
现有泡罩包装机纵切刀的安装个数和位置调整等都是由具有操作经验的师傅安装、调整、试制,全部到位后才能进行生产。调整分粗调整、精调整、试运行等,全部达到要求后才能正常工作。当更换品种后,由于模具的不同单模横向个数也不相同,又要重复上述的调整工作。该项调整工作复杂繁琐,且要浪费较多的包装材料、能耗和时间等,对调整人员素质要求也较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述缺陷,而提供一种设计合理,自动化程度高的泡罩包装机的数控纵切刀装置,实现纵切浮动滚刀使用数量和定位的自动控制。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种泡罩包装机的数控纵切刀装置,包括机架、纵切浮动滚刀移动机构、控制装置,其特征是还设置有气缸支撑滑杆、浮动气缸、移动块、移动块支撑滑杆、滚刀滑杆、电机,气缸支撑滑杆、移动块支撑滑杆、滚刀滑杆均安装在机架上,气缸支撑滑杆上活动安装浮动气缸,移动块支撑滑杆上滑动安装移动块,滚刀滑杆上活动安装纵切浮动滚刀,电机通过丝杆与移动块连接,浮动气缸的活塞置于纵切浮动滚刀内,移动块上设有纵切浮动滚刀安装槽,控制装置与电机、浮动气缸均连接并控制电机、浮动气缸工作。
本实用新型所述纵切浮动滚刀具有滚刀片、滚刀轴、刀叉、刀盒,刀盒与纵切浮动滚刀安装槽相配,刀盒内滑动安装刀叉,刀叉上安装滚刀轴,滚刀片安装在滚刀轴上,刀盒内安装浮动气缸的活塞,刀盒上安装浮动气缸的进气阀。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下明显效果:设计合理,无需人工调整,实现纵切浮动滚刀使用数量和定位的自动控制,降低了操作人员的专业要求,减少劳动量和时间,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

其中:

5:气缸支撑滑杆—安装在机架上,固定浮动气缸并能使浮动气缸滑行和摇摆;
6:浮动气缸—每个纵切浮动滚刀配一个;
7:移动块—配有丝杆螺母,可被丝杆控制移动,开有纵切浮动滚刀安装槽,可使纵切浮动滚刀卡入后一起移动;
8:丝杆—与数控电机相连并受控,控制移动块的移动;
9:移动块支撑滑杆—安装在机架上,支撑移动块并使其能自由滑行;
10:滚刀滑杆--安装在机架上,支撑纵切浮动滚刀并使其能自由滑行和摆动;
11:电机—伺服电机和减速机的组合件,安装在机架上,与丝杆相连,受控于泡罩包装机的控制***,控制丝杆转动;
12:泡罩包装机的控制***;
21:滚刀片;
22:滚刀轴—支撑滚刀片,且是滚刀片的旋转轴;
23:刀叉—支撑滚刀轴,在刀盒内能上下浮动;
24:刀盒--纵切浮动滚刀的安装座,做有支撑旋转孔、气缸连接孔、浮动气缸,其外形厚度尺寸与移动块的纵切浮动滚刀安装槽相配;
25:浮动气缸的活塞—在刀盒内;
26:进气阀。
具体实施方式
参见图1~图8,实施例泡罩包装机的数控纵切刀装置的纵切浮动滚刀2:根据包装机包装物模具的横向型腔个数和尺寸,将纵切浮动滚刀2安装到机架1上(数量是单模横向型腔数多1个,位置按模具尺寸确定),被分切的产品3穿过纵切滚筒4和纵切浮动滚刀2之间,产品3移动方向如图1中的箭头所示。从进气阀26处进压力气体,使刀盒24内的浮动气缸6产生气压,推动浮动气缸6的活塞25移动,带动刀叉23运动,通过滚刀轴22将滚刀片21浮动起来。滚刀片21在一定的压力下顶住被分切的产品3和纵切滚筒4。工作时纵切滚筒4与被分切的产品3受机器控制同向同速旋转,滚刀片21被动旋转,在刀锋和浮动压力下将产品3切割开,从而完成分切工作。在非数控状况下,更换包装物料和模具后,纵切浮动滚刀2安装和调整都是由具有调试经验的专业人员来完成,拆下多余的或者增添不够的纵切浮动滚刀2,然后调整、试切、再调整、再试切直至准确后才能正常生产。
本实施例的数控纵切刀装置以十一把纵切浮动滚刀2为例(满工作时可分切单模10个横向腔的产品3,参见图2,将纵切浮动滚刀2和相配的浮动气缸6以及气缸支撑滑杆5、滚刀滑杆10等按图3和图6安装固定在机架1上,按图5安装机构驱动部分。此时处于非工作状态,移动块7将全部11把纵切浮动滚刀2收回到初始位置,参见图3,每把纵切浮动滚刀2的位置数据都记录在机器的控制***12内。当工作指令发出后,电脑参数输入单模横向腔数和分切尺寸,电脑自动分配纵切浮动滚刀2数并找准各个位置,通过电机11及相连的丝杆8,驱动移动块7,将对应的纵切浮动滚刀2及其浮动气缸6一起横向移到位。
本例以单模6个横向腔为例阐述本实用新型的工作过程:电脑(控制***12)自动分配纵切浮动滚刀2数量为七把并指定图7左数1、3、5、7、9、10、11号纵切浮动滚刀2工作,同时电脑输出七把纵切浮动滚刀2的工作位置。十一把纵切浮动滚刀2的各浮动气缸6同时推出活塞25将纵切浮动滚刀2竖起(图4)状态,移动块7移至1号纵切浮动滚刀2的初始位置下方,1号纵切浮动滚刀2的浮动气缸6缩回活塞25,1号纵切浮动滚刀2躺下其刀盒24嵌入移动块7的纵切浮动滚刀安装槽内,移动块7将1号纵切浮动滚刀2带入工作位置,到位后活塞25推出将其竖起。移动块7再回到3号纵切浮动滚刀2的下方,同样将其送入工作位置,此时2号纵切浮动滚刀2也跟着3号纵切浮动滚刀2离开了初始位置且位于3号纵切浮动滚刀2的左边;同理5、7、9、10、11号纵切浮动滚刀2都将移到位,参见图7。全部纵切浮动滚刀2到位后,非工作纵切浮动滚刀2对应的浮动气缸6活塞杆缩回,将2、4、6、8号纵切浮动滚刀2趟下以免干涉包装物的通过。需工作的纵切浮动滚刀2的进气阀26打开后,机器可进入正常生产状态。工作完成后或需更换包装品种时,只要将移动块7移至1号纵切浮动滚刀2的工作位置下方,放下该纵切浮动滚刀2,刀盒24嵌入移动块7的纵切浮动滚刀安装槽内,一起将全部纵切浮动滚刀2收入初始位置,等待下一批次的工作。
本实用新型在现有纵切刀装置的基础上进行改进,使纵切浮动滚刀2的使用数量和具体定位智能化,形式结构可靠可行。凡是以本专利构思的构造、特征及原理所做的等效或简单变化,将落入本实用新型专利的保护范畴。

1.一种泡罩包装机的数控纵切刀装置,包括机架、纵切浮动滚刀移动机构、控制装置,其特征是:还设置有气缸支撑滑杆、浮动气缸、移动块、移动块支撑滑杆、滚刀滑杆、电机,气缸支撑滑杆、移动块支撑滑杆、滚刀滑杆均安装在机架上,气缸支撑滑杆上活动安装浮动气缸,移动块支撑滑杆上滑动安装移动块,滚刀滑杆上活动安装纵切浮动滚刀,电机通过丝杆与移动块连接,浮动气缸的活塞置于纵切浮动滚刀内,移动块上设有纵切浮动滚刀安装槽,控制装置与电机、浮动气缸均连接并控制电机、浮动气缸工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡罩包装机的数控纵切刀装置,其特征是:所述纵切浮动滚刀具有滚刀片、滚刀轴、刀叉、刀盒,刀盒与移动块安装槽相配,刀盒内滑动安装刀叉,刀叉上安装滚刀轴,滚刀片安装在滚刀轴上,刀盒内安装浮动气缸的活塞,刀盒上安装浮动气缸的进气阀。
