本实用新型属于焊接设备技术领域，具体涉及一种简装焊丝出丝随动装置。
背景技术
随动装置主要应用于耐磨板堆焊生产上，现阶段耐磨板生产使用的桶装焊丝（250KG/桶）在焊接过程中，出丝易出现绕曲扭合现象，现多采用的是机械联动，焊丝桶由电机驱动旋转出丝，实际使用过程中常出现焊丝桶与焊枪拉丝速度不同步，调节不方便，同步较困难，影响焊接速度，同时相应控制电路较复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种简装焊丝出丝随动装置，具有结构简洁，焊丝不绕曲扭合，保持了出丝速度和焊接速度同步的特点。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
简装焊丝出丝随动装置，包括焊丝桶托盘、定位轴承、支撑轴承、底座、导丝管、焊丝杆支撑10，底座6上固定有支撑轴承5和位于支撑轴承一侧的焊丝杆支撑10，支撑轴承5中心处固定套接有托盘支撑3一端，托盘支撑另一端上套接有位于支撑轴承上方的定位轴承4，托盘支撑3顶部固定连接有托盘一2，托盘2上放置有焊丝桶1，导丝管安装于焊丝桶边沿切线方向并能够自由摆动，焊丝杆支撑10顶部通过连接绞架8铰接安装有托盘二9。
进一步，焊丝杆支撑高度大于焊丝桶顶部高度。
进一步，托盘一边缘设置有挡边。
进一步，工作中送丝机拉动焊丝，焊丝穿过导丝管内径，焊丝拉动焊丝桶自由旋转，保持出丝速度和焊接速度同步。
与现有技术相比较，本实用新型具有如下的有益效果：
本实用新型在使用中，能够任意调节焊枪送焊丝速度，焊丝不会发生绕曲扭合现象，克服了原有机械联动装置缺陷，这样保持了出丝速度和焊接速度同步。

如图1所示，简装焊丝出丝随动装置，包括焊丝桶托盘、定位轴承、支撑轴承、底座、导丝管、焊丝杆支撑10，底座6上固定有支撑轴承5和位于支撑轴承一侧的焊丝杆支撑10，支撑轴承5中心处固定套接有托盘支撑3一端，托盘支撑另一端上套接有位于支撑轴承上方的定位轴承4，托盘支撑3顶部固定连接有托盘一2，托盘一边缘设置有挡边，有利于焊丝桶的固定。托盘2上放置有焊丝桶1，导丝管安装于焊丝桶边沿切线方向并能够自由摆动，焊丝杆支撑10顶部通过连接绞架8铰接安装有托盘二9，焊丝杆支撑高度大于焊丝桶顶部高度。
进一步，工作中送丝机拉动焊丝，焊丝7穿过导丝管内径，焊丝拉动焊丝桶自由旋转，保持出丝速度和焊接速度同步。

1.简装焊丝出丝随动装置，包括焊丝桶托盘、定位轴承、支撑轴承、底座、导丝管、焊丝杆支撑，其特征在于：底座上固定有支撑轴承和位于支撑轴承一侧的焊丝杆支撑，支撑轴承中心处固定套接有托盘支撑一端，托盘支撑另一端上套接有位于支撑轴承上方的定位轴承，托盘支撑顶部固定连接有托盘一，托盘上放置有焊丝桶，导丝管安装于焊丝桶边沿切线方向并能够自由摆动，焊丝杆支撑顶部通过连接绞架铰接安装有托盘二。
