Abstract

背景技术
半挂车是车轴置于车辆重心后面，并且装有可将水平和垂直力传递到牵引车的联结装置的挂车。半挂车一般是通过牵引销与半挂车头相连接的一种重型的运输交通工具。现有技术中半挂车的车桥一般是采用钢材制作而成，其具有强度较高的优点，但是钢材制作的车桥存在以下缺陷：由于钢材较重，加重了车桥本身的重量，从而进一步加重了半挂车整体的重量,导致工人装配费时费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷，提供一种新型铝合金车桥，其结构简单，在保证了车桥强度要求的基础上，大大减轻了车桥的重量，并通过钢套增加车桥的耐磨性。
所述的新型铝合金车桥，包括车轴，车轴两侧通过轴承设有轮毂，所述车轴为铝合金车轴，车轴与轴承之间设有钢套。

与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型结构简单，制作方便，生产成本低，通过采用铝合金车桥，在保证强度的基础上大大减轻了车桥的重量，从而进一步减轻半挂车整体的重量；
2、将传统钢制车桥两端的油封去掉，改成在铝合金车桥两端增设钢套，钢套起保护作用，使铝合金车桥更耐磨，大大提高了铝合金车桥的使用寿命，且钢套易于更换，降低了生产成本；
3、铝合金车桥重量较轻，大大降低了装配工人的劳动强度，节省了劳动成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图1所示，新型铝合金车桥，包括车轴2，车轴2两侧通过轴承3设有轮毂1，轴承3带动轮毂1转动并通过锁紧螺母5固定。
如图2所示，所述车轴2为铝合金车轴，车轴2与轴承3之间设有钢套4；钢套4对车轴2起保护作用，防止车轴2磨损。
本实用新型在使用时，与半挂车配合使用，随着轮毂1不断转动，车轴2通过钢套4进行保护，工作时，钢套4始终与轴承3接触，防止车轴2磨损，大大提高了本实用新型的使用寿命，磨损的钢套4更换方便，节省了生产成本。
