背景技术
弯头为管件、管道连接件,是用来改变管道输送介质流动方向的;弯头是流通介质拐弯的地方,是整个管道的薄弱环节,弯头内弧侧为应力集中区,而外弧侧则为磨损区。在高压管道集气过程中,管道内部受介质的腐蚀,在流体动力学因素作用下,产生严重的冲刷破坏,对弯头外弧侧的磨损尤其严重,而现有弯头在成型过程中一般是外弧减薄的,且强度不高,在高压流体介质的冲刷破坏下最易发生穿孔、泄漏和开裂的事故,因此存在严重的安全隐患;尤其是在海工钻井平台采油高压管汇用的弯头由于弯头外弧受海水冲刷是磨损最严重的区域。

针对上述缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能增强弯头背部耐磨性的高耐磨特高压弯头。
