Abstract
本实用新型提供一种测径仪入口过渡连接器，其整体呈“T”形，由连接管和法兰座组成，连接管一端连接在圆形法兰座一侧的中心位置上，连接管内孔另一端带有喇叭口，法兰座另一侧开有圆形凹槽，凹槽外侧等间距设有螺栓孔。本实用新型连接器结构简单，便于装配，使用方便，只要将法兰座用螺栓连接到测径仪入口导卫装置的法兰上，即可快速将测径仪按标准安装到位，满足高速线材生产需要，保证生产的正常进行。

本实用新型属于检测器具领域，尤其涉及一种用于线材夹送辊前部测径仪入口的过渡连接器。
背景技术
随着线材行业的快速发展，线材轧机装备水平亦不断提高。某线材厂夹送辊前部新增一台测径仪，用于自动检测线材成品的断面尺寸，以便有效控制产品质量。但由于测径仪是在原夹送辊前拆除一段恢复段导槽后加进来的新装置，因此测径仪的尺寸不可能连接在恢复段导槽上，在测径仪入口端存在一定的间隙，而该间隙又无法满足恢复段导槽之间间隙标准的要求，因而造成无法生产。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种可将测径仪按标准连接在恢复段导槽上，从而满足高速线材生产需要，保证正常生产的测径仪入口过渡连接器。
为此，本实用新型所采取的技术解决方案是：
一种测径仪入口过渡连接器，其特征在于，所述过渡连接器呈“T”形，由连接管和法兰座组成，连接管一端连接在圆形法兰座一侧的中心位置上，连接管内孔另一端带有喇叭口，法兰座另一侧开有圆形凹槽，凹槽外侧等间距设有螺栓孔。
所述连接管长度为158～162mm，外径为33～36mm,内径为12～18mm。
本实用新型的有益效果为：
本实用新型连接器结构简单，便于装配，使用方便，只要将法兰座用螺栓连接到测径仪入口导卫装置的法兰上，即可快速将测径仪按标准安装到位，满足高速线材生产需要，保证生产的正常进行。

具体实施方式
由附图可见，本实用新型测径仪入口过渡连接器，其剖面形状呈“T”形，系由法兰座1和连接管2所组成。连接管2为一段外径35mm、内径为12mm的圆管，其长度根据测径仪入口端与恢复段导槽之间的距离对应确定，本实用新型该间距为180mm，标准规定间隙为20mm，因此选择连接管2的长度为160mm。连接管2一端连接在圆形法兰座1上面的中心位置上，连接管2内孔的上端带有喇叭口3，法兰座1的另一侧开有一圆形凹槽4，在凹槽4的外侧等间距设有4个螺栓孔5，用于与入口导卫装置的法兰连接。

1.一种测径仪入口过渡连接器，其特征在于，所述过渡连接器呈“T”形，由连接管和法兰座组成，连接管一端连接在圆形法兰座一侧的中心位置上，连接管内孔另一端带有喇叭口，法兰座另一侧开有圆形凹槽，凹槽外侧等间距设有螺栓孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的测径仪入口过渡连接器，其特征在于，所述连接管长度为158～162mm，外径为33～36mm,内径为12～18mm。
