Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种内含振动棒的建筑构件3D打印喷头,它包括有:机架、接料斗,振动棒及升降装置;所述振动棒含筒状振动体及与其连接的电缆线,升降装置含一组导向轮、线夹、钢丝绳、电卷筒,所述筒状振动***于接料斗内,与筒状振动体连接的电缆线通过设置在接料斗上方的一组导向轮的轮间空间伸出接料斗外,线夹一侧夹住外伸的电缆线、另一侧夹住钢丝绳,钢丝绳卷缠在电卷筒上,电卷筒及接料斗固定在机架上。本实用新型的优点:在不改变混凝土配料技术参数的前提下,通过振动棒及平板振动器的振动提高了混凝土的流动性,保证了3D打印喷头的效率,缩短了的打印时间,完全满足了打印建筑构件的需要。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种房屋建筑用混凝土输送的设备,尤其涉及一种内含振动棒的建筑构件3D打印喷头。
背景技术
现有技术中,大多数建筑物的外墙、保温、外墙装饰的施工基本上是分步骤实施的,外墙施工时需内/外支模,保温、外墙装饰又需搭脚手架,存在施工程序繁杂、施工周期长、浪费大的弊病。为适应建筑墙体3D打印的要求,并针对外墙、预留保温空间、外墙装饰一体化的建筑板墙进行打印,需同时满足下列要求,一是混凝土浆料不能太稀薄,稀薄之后混凝土的凝固成困难,其强度也难以保证;二是混凝土浆料不能太稠,太稠其流动性变差,浇捣时会发生困难,同样将影响混凝土墙的质量。这是一个两难期待解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术不足之处而提供一种内含振动棒的建筑构件3D打印喷头。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案于以实现:一种内含振动棒的建筑构件3D打印喷头,其特征在于:它包括有机架、接料斗,振动棒及升降装置;所述振动棒含筒状振动体及与其连接的电缆线,升降装置含一组导向轮、线夹、钢丝绳、电卷筒,所述筒状振动***于接料斗内,与筒状振动体连接的电缆线通过设置在接料斗上方的一组导向轮的轮间空间伸出接料斗外,线夹一侧夹住外伸的电缆线、另一侧夹住钢丝绳,钢丝绳卷缠在电卷筒上,电卷筒及接料斗固定在机架上。
所述接料斗的侧壁上固定有平板振动器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提出的一种内含振动棒的建筑构件3D打印喷头,具有如下优点:本实用新型在不改变混凝土配料技术参数的前提下,通过振动棒及平板振动器的振动提高了混凝土的流动性,保证了3D打印喷头的效率,缩短了的打印时间,完全满足了打印建筑构件的需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述:图1为本实用新型一个实施例结构示意图。图中,一种内含振动棒的建筑构件3D打印喷头,它包括有机架2、接料斗1,振动棒及升降装置;所述振动棒含筒状振动体3及与其连接的电缆线4,升降装置含一组导向轮5、线夹6、钢丝绳7、电卷筒8,所述筒状振动体3位于接料斗1内,与筒状振动体3连接的电缆线4通过设置在接料斗1上方的一组导向轮5的轮间空间伸出接料斗1外,线夹6一侧夹住外伸的电缆线4、另一侧夹住钢丝绳7,钢丝绳7卷缠在电卷筒8上,电卷筒8及接料斗1固定在机架2上。本结构中的筒状振动体在通电的情况下,随电卷筒钢丝绳的向上向下牵引使得接料斗内的混凝土沿着管道向下移动。
本实用新型进一步采取如下措施:所述接料斗的侧壁上固定有平板振动器9。安装在接料斗侧壁的平板振动器振动有助于侧壁上堆积的混凝土向下移动,在振动棒及平板振动器的双重作用下提高了混凝土的流动性。
本实用新型还可以进一步采取如下措施:在接料斗的出口连接有连接件10,连接件10可以是软管、或可旋转360度的带有回转副的打印喷头。
本实用新型使用时固定在3D打印机的打印喷头座上,本实用新型通过打印喷头座按打印机的数字控制装置的要求作X轴、Y轴、Z轴方向的移动,可以流畅地打印任何建筑构件。
上面结合附图及实施例描述了本实用新型的结构,并不构成对本实用新型的限制,本领域内熟练的技术人员可依据实示需要做出调整,在所附权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改均在保护范围内。
Claims (2)
1.一种内含振动棒的建筑构件3D打印喷头,其特征在于:它包括有机架、接料斗,振动棒及升降装置;所述振动棒含筒状振动体及与其连接的电缆线,升降装置含一组导向轮、线夹、钢丝绳、电卷筒,所述筒状振动***于接料斗内,与筒状振动体连接的电缆线通过设置在接料斗上方的一组导向轮的轮间空间伸出接料斗外,线夹一侧夹住外伸的电缆线、另一侧夹住钢丝绳,钢丝绳卷缠在电卷筒上,电卷筒及接料斗固定在机架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内含振动棒的建筑构件3D打印喷头,其特征在于,所述接料斗的侧壁上固定有平板振动器。
