本实用新型提供一种新型两用分水器结构,包括分水体,所述分水体有一管状主体和进、出水通道,所述分水体管状主体内套有可旋转的空心转轴,转轴内设有分流通道,所述分水体进水通道与出水通道外侧端螺纹连接有管状接头,所述进水通道与出水通道内设有筒状的猫眼垫片,猫眼垫片包括筒状本体,所述筒状本体朝向转轴一端为圆弧面且与转轴贴合,筒状本体朝向筒状接头一端为内凹台阶孔,所述猫眼垫片内凹台阶孔内设有弹簧,弹簧一端作用在内凹台阶面上,另一端作用于管状接头内孔平端,本实用新型结构巧妙,利用猫眼垫片和弹簧的配合,改变了传统中采用异性密封圈易发生磨损的缺陷,同时通过转轴的不同通道达到易向分水的目的,功能可靠、寿命长且成本较低。

本实用新型涉及一种新型两用分水器结构。
背景技术
目前分水器市场一般都是为陶瓷阀芯结构或O形密封圈及垫片硬密封结构,其中陶瓷结构形式固定,结构易受限且成本较高,O形密封圈及垫片硬密封结构密封件易磨损导致寿命短,本分水器新型结构,采用猫眼垫配合弹簧弹性密封,同时通过转轴的不同通道达到易向分水的目的,功能可靠、寿命长且成本较低,市场前景光明。
发明内容
本实用新型对上述问题进行了改进,即本实用新型要解决的技术问题是传统中采用异性密封圈易发生磨损的缺陷,不适用于分水器结构。
本实用新型的具体实施方案是:一种新型两用分水器结构,其特征在于,包括分水体,所述分水体有一管状主体和进、出水通道,所述分水体管状主体内套有可旋转的空心转轴,转轴内设有分流通道,所述分水体进水通道与出水通道外侧端螺纹连接有管状接头,所述进水通道与出水通道内设有筒状的猫眼垫片,猫眼垫片包括筒状本体,所述筒状本体朝向转轴一端为圆弧面且与转轴贴合,筒状本体朝向筒状接头一端为内凹台阶孔,所述猫眼垫片内凹台阶孔内设有弹簧,弹簧一端作用在内凹台阶面上,另一端作用于管状接头内孔平端。
进一步的,所述转轴上圆柱面设有三个孔,当转轴的第一孔与分水体进水通道相连通时,第二孔与分水体出水通道相连通形成第一分流通道,所述分水体管状主体前侧端设有分水口,所述转轴内设有可与分水口相连通的分水通道,所述转轴上设有第三孔与分水体进水通道相连通形成第二分流通道,所述转轴外表面有一内凹的泄流槽,转动切换过程起泄压作用。
进一步的,所述分水体设有进、出水通道,进、出水通道截面为椭圆状,所述筒状的猫眼垫片的横向截面也为椭圆状,以保证猫眼垫片前段弧面与转轴圆柱面贴合。
进一步的,所述转轴一端连接有连杆,所述连杆及转轴通过压盖将其与分水体固定,所述连杆连接有驱动连杆转动的把手。
进一步的,所述压盖通过倒扣将转轴及连杆固定在分水体上,所述转轴外壁设有限位凸筋,与分水体限位凹槽配合,起限位作用,所述连杆外周设有转动凹槽,所述转轴内壁设有可与转动凹槽相配合的转动凸筋,由连杆驱动转轴转动。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型结构巧妙,利用设置于进水管与出水管内的猫眼垫片及弹簧的密封结果,改变了传统中采用异性密封圈易发生磨损而出现漏水的的缺陷,同时通过转轴的不同通道达到易向分水的目的,功能可靠、寿命长且成本较低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
如图1~8所示,一种新型两用分水器结构,包括分水器管状分水体10,所述分水体10外壁延伸有进水管110与出水管120,所述分水体10内套设有可旋转的空心转轴20,所述转轴20内设有分流通道,转轴20上设有第一孔210及第二孔220,当转轴20的第一孔210与进水管110相连通时,第二孔220与出水管120相连通形成第一分流通道(图3及图4所示),所述分水体前侧端设有分水口130,所述转轴内还设有可与分水口130相连通的分水通道230,所述转轴20上设有第三孔与分水通道230相连通。当第三孔与进水管110相对时,分流通道230前侧正对分水口130形成第二分流通道(图5及图6所示)。所述转轴20外表面设有内凹的泄流槽240,转动切换过程起泄压作用。
进水管110与出水管120与分水体为一体成型,进水管110与出水管120外侧端螺纹连接有管状接头30,进水管110与出水管120内设有筒状的猫眼垫片40,所述猫眼垫片40包括筒状本体,筒状本体朝向转轴一端的开口设有内凹台阶孔,所述筒状本体内设有弹簧50,所述弹簧50一端作用于内凹台阶孔,另一端作用于管状接头朝向分水体的一端。
分水体10设有进、出水通道,进、出水通道截面为椭圆状,所述筒状的猫眼垫片40的横向截面也为椭圆状,以保证猫眼垫片前段弧面与转轴圆柱面贴合。由于猫眼垫片40内设有弹簧50这样可实现垫片的弹性收缩,弹性密封减缓猫眼垫磨损,同时在磨损下可以补偿密封,避免泄露。
转轴20外壁还设有限位凸筋,所述转轴另一端设有连杆60,转轴20一端连接有连杆60,所述连杆60及转轴20通过压盖70将其与分水体10固定,所述连杆60连接有驱动连杆60转动的把手80,所述压盖通过倒扣将转轴及连杆固定在分水体上,所述转轴20外壁设有限位凸筋,与分水体限位凹槽配合,起限位作用,所述连杆外周设有转动凹槽,所述转轴内壁设有可与转动凹槽相配合的转动凸筋,由连杆驱动转轴转动。

1.一种新型两用分水器结构,其特征在于,包括分水体,所述分水体有一管状主体和进、出水通道,所述分水体管状主体内套有可旋转的空心转轴,转轴内设有分流通道,所述分水体进水通道与出水通道外侧端螺纹连接有管状接头,所述进水通道与出水通道内设有筒状的猫眼垫片,猫眼垫片包括筒状本体,所述筒状本体朝向转轴一端为圆弧面且与转轴贴合,筒状本体朝向筒状接头一端为内凹台阶孔,所述猫眼垫片内凹台阶孔内设有弹簧,弹簧一端作用在内凹台阶面上,另一端作用于管状接头内孔平端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型两用分水器结构,所述转轴上圆柱面设有三个孔,当转轴的第一孔与分水体进水通道相连通时,第二孔与分水体出水通道相连通形成第一分流通道,所述分水体管状主体前侧端设有分水口,所述转轴内设有可与分水口相连通的分水通道,所述转轴上设有第三孔与分水体进水通道相连通形成第二分流通道,所述转轴外表面有一内凹的泄流槽,转动切换过程起泄压作用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型两用分水器结构,所述分水体设有进、出水通道,进、出水通道截面为椭圆状,所述筒状的猫眼垫片的横向截面也为椭圆状,以保证猫眼垫片前段弧面与转轴圆柱面贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型两用分水器结构,所述转轴一端连接有连杆,所述连杆及转轴通过压盖将其与分水体固定,所述连杆连接有驱动连杆转动的把手。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型两用分水器结构,所述压盖通过倒扣将转轴及连杆固定在分水体上,所述转轴外壁设有限位凸筋,与分水体限位凹槽配合,起限位作用,所述连杆外周设有转动凹槽,所述转轴内壁设有可与转动凹槽相配合的转动凸筋,由连杆驱动转轴转动。
