本实用新型公开了一种全自动包装装置,包括包装机和码垛机,所述包装机包括机架、袋子调平输送机和袋子存放架,所述机架上部设有定量称重装置,定量称重装置下端一侧的机架外侧安装有缝包机,缝包机一侧设有送袋抓臂,所述袋子存放架和袋子调平输送机上设有袋子平移抓臂,并且,袋子调平输送机一端位于送袋抓臂下方;所述机架下部设有平移小车,平移小车外侧端连接包装整平输送机,包装整平输送机连接码板输送板;所述码垛机包括龙门架,龙门架一侧固定有电控箱,龙门架轨道上设***板机械手臂。本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:采用本实用新型的结构,能够实现工厂自动化,大大节约劳动力,精度高,工作稳定。

本实用新型涉及一种全自动包装装置,属于热回收技术领域。
背景技术
目前,塑料企业市场竞争十分激烈。企业都在通过提高生产效率、产品品质和节约劳动力来降低生产成本,拥有优良品质而获取市场竞争优势。目前国内对塑料生产包装方案在两种:第一种是人工操作,其缺点为:所有工序均由人工完成,工序流程繁琐,人工劳动强度大,稳重精度不高,人工稳重精度受人为控制;第二种是人工上袋,半自动化。其缺点为:人工上袋,稳重时需人工将袋子固定,工序中有人工制作,周期长,效率不高,还需人工操作,无法节约人工。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种全自动包装装置。
本实用新型的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种全自动包装装置,包括包装机和码垛机,所述包装机包括机架、袋子调平输送机和袋子存放架,所述机架上部设有定量称重装置,定量称重装置下端一侧的机架外侧安装有缝包机,缝包机一侧设有送袋抓臂,所述袋子存放架和袋子调平输送机上设有袋子平移抓臂,并且,袋子调平输送机一端位于送袋抓臂下方;所述机架下部设有平移小车,平移小车外侧端连接包装整平输送机,包装整平输送机连接码板输送板;所 述码垛机包括龙门架,龙门架一侧固定有电控箱,龙门架轨道上设***板机械手臂。
本实用新型的工作原理:将包装袋存放在袋子存放架上,袋子平移抓臂利用吸盘将袋子平移放在袋子调平输送机上,袋子调平输送机将袋子进行调平,输送到指定位置;送袋抓臂采用机械抓臂加吸盘,结合电脑程序将袋子调平输送机上的袋子送入定量称重装置放料口处,进行固定;所述定量称重装置在前述工序进行的同时,也将物料按设定重量计量好,袋子经送袋抓臂送入固定后,将物料放入袋子内;定量称重目前可实现每小时5T定量计量,精度可达10克内。装好物料的袋子经平移小车送到缝包机处进行缝包封口;平移小车将封口后的包装袋倒入包装整平输送机上,将包装袋进行整平;整平输送机将袋子整平后送入码板输送板上进入指定位置;码板机械手臂利用机械、吸盘加电脑程序控制,将袋子进行规则码板。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:采用本实用新型的结构,能够实现工厂自动化,大大节约劳动力,精度高,工作稳定。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步详述。
如图1所示,一种全自动包装装置,包括包装机和码垛机,所述 包装机包括机架1、袋子调平输送机2和袋子存放架3,所述机架1上部设有定量称重装置4,定量称重装置4下端一侧的机架1外侧安装有缝包机5,缝包机5一侧设有送袋抓臂6,所述袋子存放架3和袋子调平输送机2上设有袋子平移抓臂7,并且,袋子调平输送机2一端位于送袋抓臂6下方;所述机架1下部设有平移小车8,平移小车8外侧端连接包装整平输送机9,包装整平输送机9连接码板输送板10;所述码垛机包括龙门架11,龙门架11一侧固定有电控箱12,龙门架11轨道上设***板机械手臂13。
本实用新型的工作原理:将包装袋存放在袋子存放架3上,袋子平移抓臂7利用吸盘将袋子平移放在袋子调平输送机2上,袋子调平输送机2将袋子进行调平,输送到指定位置;送袋抓臂6采用机械抓臂加吸盘,结合电脑程序将袋子调平输送机2上的袋子送入定量称重装置4放料口处,进行固定;所述定量称重装置4在前述工序进行的同时,也将物料按设定重量计量好,袋子经送袋抓臂6送入固定后,将物料放入袋子内;定量称重目前可实现每小时5T定量计量,精度可达10克内。装好物料的袋子经平移小车8送到缝包机5处进行缝包封口;平移小车8将封口后的包装袋倒入包装整平输送机9上,将包装袋进行整平;整平输送机将袋子整平后送入码板输送板10上进入指定位置;码板机械手臂13利用机械、吸盘加电脑程序控制,将袋子进行规则码板。

1.一种全自动包装装置,其特征在于:包括包装机和码垛机,所述包装机包括机架、袋子调平输送机和袋子存放架,所述机架上部设有定量称重装置,定量称重装置下端一侧的机架外侧安装有缝包机,缝包机一侧设有送袋抓臂,所述袋子存放架和袋子调平输送机上设有袋子平移抓臂,并且,袋子调平输送机一端位于送袋抓臂下方;所述机架下部设有平移小车,平移小车外侧端连接包装整平输送机,包装整平输送机连接码板输送板;所述码垛机包括龙门架,龙门架一侧固定有电控箱,龙门架轨道上设***板机械手臂。
