常见的采光顶开启式天窗，其结构如附图一所示，开启开启扇料上仅有两道密封腔，为第一密封腔和第二密封腔，采光顶***的气密性和水密性均无法满足使用要求，合页的设计也不科学，导致开启合页也成为一个漏水的安全隐患，有些泄水部位没有高出固定部分的玻璃外表面，导致腔体内积聚的水无法有效排出到室外面，存在着漏水的安全隐患，无法满足现在人们越来越高的使用要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种将出现在开启框内的雨水排出到玻璃外表面，解决了漏水问题的防水开启式采光顶天窗***。  
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种防水开启式采光顶天窗***,包括复数个开启扇料以及设置于每一开启扇料上的开启框料、天窗面板、横向玻璃架、合页、第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条；所述开启扇料上固设有天窗面板；所述开启框料与横向玻璃架固定相连；所述开启扇料一侧与开启框料通过合页活动连接；所述开启扇料和开启框料之间还设有第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条；所述开启框料内开有第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔；所述第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔的高度均高于横向玻璃架的高度。

如附图1-4所示的本实用新型所述的一种防水开启式采光顶天窗***, 首先针对防水开启式采光顶天窗***的开启框料和边框采用幕墙通用的欧标槽设计，对开启用的合页增加了可选的范围，使得合页不外漏，保证了合页的防水性能，消除了漏水的安全隐患，接着开启扇料和开启框料之间通过第一道密封胶条、第二道密封胶条和第三道密封胶条对开启扇料和开启框料连接处的外层、中层和内层进行密封，保证了采光顶在复杂雨、雪、大风等极端天气下的气密性及水密性，且即使第一道密封胶条失效，从而有少量雨水进入到开启框料内，雨水也可以通过第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔直接排到固定玻璃的外表面内，保证了整个防水开启式采光顶天窗***的密封性，避免了漏水现象的发生，提高了舒适性。
如上所述的防水开启式采光顶天窗***，其第一泄水孔的高度高于第二泄水孔的高度，这样的话雨水能够更快的被排出到固定玻璃的外表面。
本实用新型的防水开启式采光顶天窗***，其结构紧凑，且便于安装，整个***的密封性和气密性好，消除了漏水的安全隐患，提高了使用者的安全舒适性，符合未来绿色建筑的发展趋势。
