本发明公开了一种防水开启式采光顶天窗***,包括复数个开启扇料以及设置于每一开启扇料上的开启框料、天窗面板、横向玻璃架、合页、第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条；开启扇料上固设有天窗面板；开启框料与横向玻璃架固定相连；开启扇料一侧与开启框料通过合页活动连接；开启扇料和开启框料之间还设有第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条；开启框料内开有第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔；第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔的高度均高于横向玻璃架的高度，本发明的防水开启式采光顶天窗***，开启扇料和开启框料之间采用三层密封设计，保证了采光顶的气密性及水密性，且即使雨水进入了开启框料，雨水还可以排到固定玻璃的外表面。

本发明涉及一种天窗***，尤其涉及一种防水开启式采光顶天窗***。 
背景技术
常见的采光顶开启式天窗，其结构如附图1所示，开启开启扇料上仅有两道密封腔，为第一密封腔和第二密封腔，采光顶***的气密性和水密性均无法满足使用要求，合页的设计也不科学，导致开启合页也成为一个漏水的安全隐患，有些泄水部位没有高出固定部分的玻璃外表面，导致腔体内积聚的水无法有效排出到室外面，存在着漏水的安全隐患，无法满足现在人们越来越高的使用要求。 
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种将出现在开启框内的雨水排出到玻璃外表面，解决了漏水问题的防水开启式采光顶天窗***。  
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种防水开启式采光顶天窗***,包括复数个开启扇料以及设置于每一开启扇料上的开启框料、天窗面板、横向玻璃架、合页、第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条；所述开启扇料上固设有天窗面板；所述开启框料与横向玻璃架固定相连；所述开启扇料一侧与开启框料通过合页活动连接；所述开启扇料和开启框料之间还设有第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条；所述开启框料内开有第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔；所述第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔的高度均高于横向玻璃架的高度。
优选的，所述第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条分别位于开启扇料和开启框料连接处的外层、中层和外层。 
优选的，所述第一泄水孔的高度高于第二泄水孔的高度。 
优选的，所述开启扇料通过密封结构胶与天窗面板固定相连；所述开启框料与横向玻璃架通过防水密封胶条固定相连。 
优选的，所述天窗面板为中空钢化玻璃。 
优选的，所述合页位于开启框料和开启扇料连接处的内部。 
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点： 
本发明方案的防水开启式采光顶天窗***，开启扇料和开启框料之间采用的三层密封设计，保证了采光顶在复杂雨、雪、大风等极端天气下的气密性及水密性，且还在开启框料内开有第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔，这样即使雨水通过三层密封进入了开启框料，雨水还可以通过第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔直接排到固定玻璃的外表面，其结构合理，很好的满足了实际的需求，符合幕墙未来的发展趋势。

下面结合附图来说明本发明。 
如附图1-4所示的本发明所述的一种防水开启式采光顶天窗***, 包括复数个开启扇料1以及设置于每一开启扇料1上的开启框料2、天窗面板10、横向玻璃架5、合页4、第一密封胶条7、第二密封胶条8和第三密封胶条9；所述开启扇料1上固设有天窗面板10；所述开启框料2与横向玻璃架5固定相连；所述开启扇料1一侧与开启框料2通过合页4活动连接；所述开启扇料1和开启框料2之间还设有第一密封胶条7、第二密封胶条8和第三密封胶条9；所述开启框料2内开有第一泄水孔11和第二泄水孔12；所述第一泄水孔11和第二泄水孔12的高度均高于横向玻璃架5的高度；所述第一密封胶条7、第二密封胶条8和第三密封胶条9分别位于开启扇料1和开启框料2连接处的外层、中层和外层；所述第一泄水孔11的高度高于第二泄水孔12的高度；所述开启扇料1通过密封结构胶3与天窗面板10固定相连；所述开启框料2与横向玻璃架5通过防水密封胶条6固定相连；所述天窗面板10为中空钢化玻璃；所述合页4位于开启框料2和开启扇料1连接处的内部。 
如附图1-4所示的本发明所述的一种防水开启式采光顶天窗***, 首先针对防水开启式采光顶天窗***的开启框料和边框采用幕墙通用的欧标槽设计，对开启用的合页增加了可选的范围，使得合页不外漏，保证了合页的防水性能，消除了漏水的安全隐患，接着开启扇料和开启框料之间通过第一道密封胶条、第二道密封胶条和第三道密封胶条对开启扇料和开启框料连接处的外层、中层和内层进行密封，保证了采光顶在复杂雨、雪、大风等极端天气下的气密性及水密性，且即使第一道密封胶条失效，从而有少量雨水进入到开启框料内，雨水也可以通过第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔直接排到固定玻璃的外表面内，保证了整个防水开启式采光顶天窗***的密封性，避免了漏水现象的发生，提高了舒适性。 
如上所述的防水开启式采光顶天窗***，其第一泄水孔的高度高于第二泄水孔的高度，这样的话雨水能够更快的被排出到固定玻璃的外表面。 
本发明的防水开启式采光顶天窗***，其结构紧凑，且便于安装，整个***的密封性和气密性好，消除了漏水的安全隐患，提高了使用者的安全舒适性，符合未来绿色建筑的发展趋势。

1.一种防水开启式采光顶天窗***,其特征在于：包括复数个开启扇料以及设置于每一开启扇料上的开启框料、天窗面板、横向玻璃架、合页、第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条；所述开启扇料上固设有天窗面板；所述开启框料与横向玻璃架固定相连；所述开启扇料一侧与开启框料通过合页活动连接；所述开启扇料和开启框料之间还设有第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条；所述开启框料内开有第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔；所述第一泄水孔和第二泄水孔的高度均高于横向玻璃架的高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水开启式采光顶天窗***，其特征在于：所述第一密封胶条、第二密封胶条和第三密封胶条分别位于开启扇料和开启框料连接处的外层、中层和外层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水开启式采光顶天窗***，其特征在于：所述第一泄水孔的高度高于第二泄水孔的高度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防水开启式采光顶天窗***，其特征在于：所述开启扇料通过密封结构胶与天窗面板固定相连；所述开启框料与横向玻璃架通过防水密封胶条固定相连。
