本实用新型名称为“具备远程监控功能的镍氢防爆电源箱”,可以提供在煤矿井下使用,并具有防爆功能和远程监控功能。同时本实用新型还具有对镍氢电池的管理和监测功能,并且设有通讯接口,可以将电池的状态信息发送到外部管控机,利用红外遥控及LCD显示功能,实现对电源箱工作状态的控制及对电源箱电池状态的监测,填补了普通电源箱此类功能的空白;另外本实用新型在能够实现防爆电源功能的前提下,实现远程监控功能,可以有效提高***的可靠性、安全性,所以更能安全有效的应用于煤矿井下的防爆场所。

Description

具备远程监控功能的镍氢防爆电源箱
技术领域
本实用新型系一种应用于煤矿井下防爆场所的具备远程监控功能的镍氢防爆电源箱。本装置可以在防爆场所为其它的用电设备供电,本装置设有后备电池,当主电断电时,可以为矿用通信基站设备提供2小时以上的用电量。本装置结构简单、功能多样,并且具有远程监测功能,可以极大的方便井下防爆场所使用和管理。
背景技术
在煤矿井下的防爆场所,各种用电设备很多。具有防爆功能的电源箱是不可缺少的电气设备。当前,煤矿井下所应用的电源箱中,使用铅酸电池作为后备电源的产品占大多数,因为铅酸电池的价格比较低廉。但在煤矿井下这种特殊的环境下,由于铅酸电池体积较大,能效比较低,所以以镍氢电池和锂电池为代表的新型电池就得到了广泛的应用。
锂电池的能量密度比镍氢电池大,但就安全性来讲锂电池要比镍氢电池差,所以锂电池在工作时要配备非常完善的保护和管理***,一旦保护电路失效,就有可能发生燃烧或***的危险。相对锂电池来讲,镍氢电池的抗过度充电和过度放电的能力要远远高于锂电池,因此本装置采用的是安全性更高的镍氢电池。
当前,煤矿井下的防爆场所使用的电源箱,一般只是具有单纯的后备电源功能,电源箱中的电池的性能和状态无法判断。在实际工作中电源箱的电池如果出现问题,只能在主电断电后才能发现。煤矿井下对安全性要求非常高,如果断电后再发现是电源箱出现的问题,就可能会危及工作人员的安全。针对上述情况,本实用新型具有的红外遥控及LCD显示功能,实现了对电源箱工作状态的控制及对电源箱电池状态的监测,填补了普通电源箱此类功能的空白,所以更能安全有效的应用于煤矿井下的防爆场所。
发明内容
本实用新型可以提供在煤矿井下使用,并具有防爆功能和远程监控功能的镍氢防爆电源箱。同时电源箱还具有对镍氢电池的管理和监测功能,并且设有通讯接口,可以将电池的状态信息发送到外部管控机。
为实现以上技术目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
具备远程监控功能的镍氢防爆电源箱是由包括壳体和壳体内的控制电路组成。壳体采用钢板焊接而成并完成隔离防爆功能。控制电路包括:变压器、AC/DC模块、镍氢电池组、电源管理板、中央控制板、通讯隔离板、LCD显示屏、红外遥控器;
壳体内部控制电路中,电源管理板上设有电池充电电路、电池电压监测电路、过压过流保护电路及与镍氢电池组的连接接口,此连接接口用于采集镍氢电池组每节电池的电压;中央控制板上设有电源管理板控制接口,用于采集镍氢电池组的工作状态数据和控制本装置的工作状态;中央控制板上设有LCD显示屏,用于显示本装置的工作状态;中央控制板上设有红外接收装置,用于接收遥控器发送的红外信号;中央控制板上设有以太网接口,用于连接外部管控机;中央控制板上设有通讯接口,用于连接通讯隔离板。
本实用新型的优点在于:
1、具用RS485通讯接口,使用标准的MODBUS通讯协议,很容易通过连接PLC设备接入管理***;
2、具用以太网通讯接口,通过WEB浏览器也能获取到电源箱的状态,通用性强;
3、使用单片机作为主要的控制单元,结构简单,成本低,功耗低;
4、使用隔离的外部管控机通讯接口,以防止引入通讯回路干扰;
5、通讯回路电路采用本质安全设计,应用广泛;
6、本装置采用镍氢电池作为后备电源,安全性高;
7、本装置支持交流660V和交流127V两种电压接入,应用方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一个具体实施例中:本领域的技术人员通过电源管理技术和计算机通讯技术进行研究和整合,将新的通讯技术融合到电源箱的控制管理中,从而在满足电源的常规功能前提下实现了对电源箱的状态的远程监测。
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明:
参照图1,本实用新型具备远程监控功能的镍氢防爆电源箱包括:壳体和安装在壳体内的变压器1、AC/DC模块2、镍氢电池组3、电源管理板4、中央控制板5、红外遥控器6、LCD显示屏7、通讯隔离板8。其核心部分是安装在壳体内的控制电路部分。
本实用新型的工作原理为:
交流660V或127V电源经变压器1变压,变换为交流160V电压输出;交流160V电压接入AC/DC模块2的输入端,经AC/DC模块2变压输出为直流24V电压;直流24V电压接入到电源管理板4;通过电源管理板4的过压过流保护电路,由电源管理板4输出,成为本电源箱的输出;电源管理板4上有电压变换电路,将直流24V变换为直流3.3V,为本装置供电。电源管理板4上有电池充电电路,使用直流24V,为电池充电。电源管理板4上的电池状态监测电路,通过电压采集接口,可采集镍氢电池组3的状态信息,并把采集到的电池组信息数据上传到中央控制板控制5;中央控制板5控制电源管理板4为镍氢电池组3充放电,并接收电源管理板4采集的电源状态信息。电源状态信息一方面输出到LCD显示屏7显示,另一方面通过RS485总线发送给通讯隔离板8输出。中央控制板5上有本质安全的以太网接口电路,通过以太网总线,在远程计算机上就可以读取电源箱的状态信息。中央控制板5通过接收红外遥控器6的红外信号,控制电源输出。
通讯隔离板8可以接收中央控制板5发送的电源箱的状态信息数据,通过RS485总线,通讯隔离板8把中央控制板5发送的状态信息数据,进行电气隔离,变换为本质安全的电信号上传到外部管控机。
本实用新型的两种通讯接口可以同时使用,也可以单独使用任意一个。本装置灵活的通讯接口,易于被设计到新的***中。
本实用新型使用的AC/DC模块2是台湾明纬公司的型号为RS-100-24模块电源;镍氢电池组3使用的是辽宁九夷三普电池有限公司的HK-F14型号的镍氢电池;变压器1为北京核原科电电气有限公司的型号为AC2081-01的电源变压器。另外,为防止引入通讯回路干扰,电源箱使用隔离模块对外部管控机通讯接口进行电气隔离。
综上,本实用新型在能够完成防爆功能,为其它设备完成供电的前提下,不仅结构新颖、安全可靠、通讯功能强大,而且使用也极为方便,能够大大地提高煤矿井下设备的可靠性、安全性和使用效率。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不背离本实用新型精神和范围的情况下,任何基于本实用新型技术方案基础上的等效变换、简单替换等显而易见的改变,均属于本实用新型保护范围之内。

1.具备远程监控功能的镍氢防爆电源箱,其包括: 
壳体和壳体内的控制电路,壳体采用钢板焊接而成并完成隔离防爆功能;控制电路包括:变压器、AC/DC模块、镍氢电池组、电池管理板、中央控制板、通讯隔离板、LCD显示屏、红外遥控器; 
壳体内部控制电路中,电源管理板上设有电池充电电路、电池电压监测电路、过压过流保护电路及与镍氢电池组的连接接口,此连接接口用于采集镍氢电池组每节电池的电压; 
中央控制板上设有电源管理板控制接口,用于采集镍氢电池组的工作状态数据和控制本装置的工作状态;中央控制板上设有LCD显示屏,用于显示本装置的工作状态;中央控制板上设有红外接收装置,用于接收遥控器发送的红外信号;中央控制板上设有以太网接口,用于连接外部管控机;中央控制板上设有通讯接口,用于连接通讯隔离板;通讯隔离板上设有的通讯接口,用于连接外部管控机。 
2.具备远程监控功能的镍氢防爆电源箱,其特征在于:本装置壳体采用两个防爆腔体设计,腔体间由多芯防爆接线端子连接;壳体内部电源管理板上使用的是LTC6803芯片与镍氢电池组的连接接口;壳体内部通讯隔离板上通过具有本质安全的隔离的RS485总线接口,用于连接外部管控机;壳体内部中央控制板上设有镍氢电池温度采集接口,用于采集电池内部的热敏电阻温度,中央控制板上还设有本质安全的隔离的以太网接口,用于连接外部管控机。
