背景技术
目前,轧机行业中普遍采用多列圆锥或圆柱滚子轴承。其特点是承载能力较强。但其缺点是:1)安装不便,维护困难。对安装人员的技术要求较高,造成工时浪费。2)预紧力和游隙调整困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种安装维护方便、游隙调整便利的轧机用组合轴承。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种轧机用组合轴承,其特征在于,包括双列圆锥轴承、密封圈、挡圈和轴承座,所述的双列圆锥轴承外径直接***至轴承座上,所述的挡圈设在双列圆锥轴承与轴承座之间,用于定位和调节轴承游隙,所述的密封圈设在双列圆锥轴承的内圈和外圈之间。
所述的双列圆锥轴承包括共同外圈、两个滚动体和两个内圈,每个内圈通过对应的滚动体与共同外圈连接。
所述的滚动体上均设有保持器。
所述的密封圈设在共同外圈挡边和内圈挡边之间。
所述的轴承座带有螺纹孔,将双列圆锥轴承嵌入轴承座内后,通过螺栓***螺纹孔后将双列圆锥轴承和轴承座一并装入机位。
所述的轴承内圈端面设有注油孔。
所述的双列圆锥轴承为TDO型双列圆锥滚子轴承。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、由于采用了一套TDO型双列圆锥滚子轴承,这种结构提供了更大的轴承有效跨度;
2、由于采用轴承与座组合设计,座带有螺纹孔,极大地方便了安装定位;
3、由于采用弹性挡圈定位,通过其调节轴承的预紧和游隙,从而保证了轴承在最佳的游隙条件下工作,以延长使用寿命;
4、由于采用两侧密封圈设计,可以有效防止外界杂质入侵。
5、所述的组合轴承,内圈端面还带有油孔,方便注油。

所述的双列圆锥轴承1包括共同外圈11、两个滚动体13和两个内圈12,每个内圈12通过对应的滚动体13与共同外圈11连接。所述的滚动体13上均设有保持器14。所述的密封圈4设在共同外圈挡边和内圈挡边之间。
所述的轴承座带有螺纹孔,将双列圆锥轴承嵌入轴承座内后,通过螺栓***螺纹孔后将双列圆锥轴承和轴承座一并装入机位。所述的轴承内圈端面设有注油孔。所述的双列圆锥轴承为TDO型双列圆锥滚子轴承。
采用TDO型双列圆锥滚子轴承,这种结构提供了更大的轴承有效跨度。
采用内圈带油孔设计,方便注油润滑。
采用带螺纹孔的轴承座。轴承嵌入轴承座内,可通过螺栓直接将组合轴承装入机位。
