防震装置是电梯使用中不可缺少的部件，但传统的电梯防震装置，如防震胶。其设计不合理，生产成本高，易损坏等缺陷。

为克服上述缺点，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、性能稳定、质量可靠、使用寿命长的防震装置。

一种防震装置，包括上金属板、下金属板及安装在上金属板与下金属板之间的塑胶立柱，所述下金属板的中部设有定位凸台，所述塑胶立柱套接在定位凸台上，所述塑胶立柱及金属板的中部皆开有弹簧安装孔，弹簧安装孔内安装有减震弹簧，在所述上金属板与下金属板的两端皆开有通孔。
本实用新型的优点是：本产品结构简单、设计巧妙、性能稳定、质量可靠、使用寿命长，在电梯使用运行中提供有效的防震、减震作用，使电梯安全有效的运行。

参照图1, 一种防震装置，包括上金属板1、下金属板2及安装在上金属板1与下金属板2之间的塑胶立柱3，其所述下金属板2的中部设有定位凸台4，所述塑胶立柱3套接在定位凸台4上，所述塑胶立柱3及金属板1的中部皆开有两个弹簧安装孔5，在弹簧安装孔5内安装有减震弹簧6，在所述上金属板1与下金属板2的两端皆开有两个通孔7，开在上金属板1的通孔与开在下金属板2上的通孔保持水平。本产品结构简单、设计巧妙、性能稳定、质量可靠、使用寿命长，在电梯使用运行中提供有效的防震、减震作用，使电梯安全有效的运行。
此外，本实用新型不局限于上述实施方式，只要其以基本相同的手段达到本实用新型的技术效果，都应属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种防震装置，包括上金属板（1）、下金属板（2）及安装在上金属板（1）与下金属板（2）之间的塑胶立柱（3），其特征在于：所述下金属板（2）的中部设有定位凸台（4），所述塑胶立柱（3）套接在定位凸台（4）上，所述塑胶立柱（3）及金属板（1）的中部皆开有弹簧安装孔（5），弹簧安装孔（5）内安装有减震弹簧（6），在所述上金属板（1）与下金属板（2）的两端皆开有通孔（7）。
