本实用新型公开了一种功能增强型瓦楞纸板,包括外层箱板纸、防水施胶层、复合瓦楞纸芯、高分子树脂粘合剂层、内层箱板纸,外层箱板纸与复合瓦楞纸芯之间通过防水施胶层粘合在一起,所述复合瓦楞纸芯与内层箱板纸通过高分子树脂粘合剂层粘合在一起,所述复合瓦楞纸芯为双层瓦楞纸芯与圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层叠加粘合而成,所述双层瓦楞纸芯包括上瓦楞纸芯与下瓦楞纸芯,所述圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层位于上瓦楞纸芯与外层箱板纸之间的孔隙处。本实用新型独特的复合瓦楞纸芯,使其具有较好弹性的同时,又兼具优良的抗压性能,原材料为采用废纸制浆造纸制成,可回收利用、节能环保。

背景技术
现代社会每天都有产品大量生产,同时随着这些产品的生产,其需要较好的外包装以便于运输或销售储存过程中保证产品的品质不会受到外界破坏。而对于大部分的产品外包装一般都是通过由瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱进行防护性包装。基于上述原因一种好的瓦楞纸板对于制作一种使用性能更佳的纸箱来说具有相当的重要性。而对于制作一种好的瓦楞纸板则需要首先制得一种品质理想的瓦楞原纸。良好的弹性和抗压性能一直是瓦楞纸板的重要指标,现有技术中往往通过提高瓦楞纸板的厚度来提升其性能,对原材料造成了极大的浪费。因而,既降低总体厚度,又能保证性能的瓦楞纸板具有很大的市场潜力。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有良好弹性和抗压性能的瓦楞纸板。
为了达到上述之目的,本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案:
一种功能增强型瓦楞纸板,包括外层箱板纸、防水施胶层、复合瓦楞纸芯、高分子树脂粘合剂层、内层箱板纸,外层箱板纸与复合瓦楞纸芯之间通过防水施胶层粘合在一起,所述复合瓦楞纸芯与内层箱板纸通过高分子树脂粘合剂层粘合在一起,所述复合瓦楞纸芯为双层瓦楞纸芯与圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层叠加粘合而成,所述双层瓦楞纸芯包括上瓦楞纸芯与下瓦楞纸芯,所述圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层位于上瓦楞纸芯与外层箱板纸之间的孔隙处。
进一步的,所述上瓦楞纸芯波长长度为下瓦楞纸芯波长长度的大于1的整数倍。
进一步的,所述上瓦楞纸芯和下瓦楞纸芯为U型纸芯。
进一步的,所述上瓦楞纸芯为U型纸芯,下瓦楞纸芯为V型纸芯。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:采用多层弹性瓦楞嵌套而成的复合瓦楞纸芯相比传统的叠加方式大幅降低了总体厚度,且具有良好的弹性和抗压性能,防水施胶层起到粘合和防水的双重作用。

如图1所示,一种功能增强型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:包括外层箱板纸(1)、防水施胶层(2)、复合瓦楞纸芯(3)、高分子树脂粘合剂层(4)、内层箱板纸(5),外层箱板纸(1)与复合瓦楞纸芯(3)之间通过防水施胶层(2)粘合在一起,所述复合瓦楞纸芯(3)与内层箱板纸(5)通过高分子树脂粘合剂层(4)粘合在一起,所述复合瓦楞纸芯(3)为双层瓦楞纸芯与圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层(31)叠加粘合而成,所述双层瓦楞纸芯包括上瓦楞纸芯(32)与下瓦楞纸芯(33),所述圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层(31)位于上瓦楞纸芯(32)与外层箱板纸(1)之间的孔隙处,所述上瓦楞纸芯(32)波长长度为下瓦楞纸芯(33)波长长度的大于1的整数倍,这里优选为2倍。所述上瓦楞纸芯(32)和下瓦楞纸芯(33)为U型纸芯。
实施例2:
与实施例1的区别为:所述上瓦楞纸芯(32)为U型纸芯,下瓦楞纸芯(33)为V型纸芯。
本实用新型瓦楞原纸材料为采用废纸制浆造纸制成的,起到废弃资源回收再利用的效果,节省了生产成本,也获得了较好的环保效果。

1.一种功能增强型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:包括外层箱板纸(1)、防水施胶层(2)、复合瓦楞纸芯(3)、高分子树脂粘合剂层(4)、内层箱板纸(5),外层箱板纸与复合瓦楞纸芯之间通过防水施胶层粘合在一起,所述复合瓦楞纸芯与内层箱板纸通过高分子树脂粘合剂层粘合在一起,所述复合瓦楞纸芯为双层瓦楞纸芯与圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层(31)叠加粘合而成,所述双层瓦楞纸芯包括上瓦楞纸芯(32)与下瓦楞纸芯(33),所述圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层(31)位于上瓦楞纸芯(32)与外层箱板纸(1)之间的孔隙处。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种功能增强型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述上瓦楞纸芯波长长度为下瓦楞纸芯波长长度的大于1的整数倍。
3.如权利要求1或2任一所述的一种功能增强型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述上瓦楞纸芯和下瓦楞纸芯为U型纸芯。
4.如权利要求1或2任一所述的一种功能增强型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述上瓦楞纸芯为U型纸芯,下瓦楞纸芯为V型纸芯。
