本实用新型的使用方法：本实用新型双层覆膜盒在微波炉中加热菜品的时候，可先将膜二4撕掉，然后直接放入微波炉里边加热，水汽通过膜一2上表面的通孔进入菜肴中对其进行加热，加热速度快，不会破坏菜品的营养成分，加热后，拿出撕下膜一便可食用。
