背景技术
传统的煮锅大多数是筒状平底，锅底为主要的受热部位，火焰和锅体的热交换面积比较小，热效率低，而造成大量热能的损失。同时，锅底的火焰较强，受热集中，使锅内食物受热不均匀，容易出现锅底食物焦糊的情况。

本实用新型解决的问题是提供一种大幅提高热能使用效率且受热均匀的煮锅。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供的高效煮锅，包括侧壁和锅底，其特征在于：所述侧壁表面设有若干等距分布的向锅外凸出的由两片叶状棱面组成的凸起，所述锅底中心设有向锅内凹进的凹半球，凹半球与锅底边缘之间还设置有一圈向锅内凹进的圆环凹槽。
通过上述方案，比较传统的煮锅，通过特殊的锅底设计，本实用新型的煮锅大大增加了锅体的受热面积，提升了燃气效率，且与食物的接触均匀，能充分提高热效率，将热量均匀的导向各个位置，缩短烹饪时间，保证食物彻底蒸熟。

如图1所示，一种高效煮锅，包括侧壁1和锅底2，其特征在于：所述侧壁1表面设有若干等距分布的向锅外凸出的由两片叶状棱面组成的凸起3，所述锅底2中心设有向锅内凹进的凹半球4，凹半球4与锅底2边缘之间还设置有一圈向锅内凹进的圆环凹槽5。
使用时，锅体的侧壁1能充分接触锅底2的边缘火焰和高温烟气，叶状棱面组成的凸起3也进一步增大侧壁1受热面积，使侧壁1和锅底2受热均匀，避免锅底2火热集中造成糊锅现象，同时锅底2的凹半球4和凹槽5加大了食材的受热面积，同时能将热量传导到食物内部，也有利于提高食物烹饪效率。
