如图1所示,本实用新型所述的通信电源气路***,包括氢气瓶1、进气管2、高压减压器3、低压减压器4和氢气出口5,氢气瓶1与进气管2之间通过不锈钢盘管6连接,不锈钢盘管6入口通过第一接头7连接在氢气瓶1上、出口焊接在进气管2上,进气管2通过第二接头8与高压减压器3的入口相连,高压减压器3并联后通过三通与低压减压器4的入口连接,氢气经低压减压器4后从氢气出口5流出,高压减压器3和低压减压器4上分别连有压力变送器9。
高压金属波纹管和不锈钢盘管的气密性对比测试
将高压金属波纹管和不锈钢盘管从气路***中安装、拆卸一定次数后,连接氢气,放置在水中观察,结果如下:
由上述结果可知,经长时间的高压弯曲和多次更换时的弯曲后,不锈钢盘管的气密性好于高压金属波纹管。
本实用新型的通信电源气路***采用不锈钢盘管,气密性好、使用寿命长、更换操作方便、成本低。
