背景技术
前期处理中药材时，部分药材由于自身存在一定粘度，在库存及运输过程中在包装袋内相互挤压造成轻微板结在一起，不便从包装袋内取出进行分类挑拣，增加人工劳动强度，给大规模生产带来一定困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，操作方便快捷，使用可靠的挤压破碎分离装置。
为了达到上述设计目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：一种挤压破碎分离装置，包括气缸、挤压装置，所述气缸上连接有手动转向阀，所述挤压装置由移动挤压挡板、固定挤压挡板组成，所述移动挤压挡板与气缸顶端固定链接，所述移动挤压挡板底部设置有滚轮，所述固定挤压挡板设在移动挤压挡板前方。
本实用新型有益效果是 ：气缸在压缩空气及手动换向阀作用下带动移动挤压挡板，使移动挤压挡板在滚轮的引导下沿一定方向往复运动，与固定挤压挡板合力将放在固定挤压挡板与移动挤压挡板之间的包装袋内板结的物料进行挤压，使物料在包装袋内受到挤压发生移位，从而达到消除板结分离破碎目的。该装置结构简单，使用可靠。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细描述。
如图1所示的一种挤压破碎分离装置，包括气缸1、挤压装置，所述气缸上连接有手动转向阀2，所述挤压装置由移动挤压挡板3、滚轮4、固定挤压挡板5组成，所述移动挤压挡板3底部设置有滚轮4，所述固定挤压挡板5设在移动挤压挡板3前方。
本实用新型装置使用时：由压缩空气在手动换向阀2控制下进入气缸1，推动气缸活塞杆带动顶端固定的移动挤压挡板3，在滚轮4的引导下沿一定方向往复运动，于固定挤压挡板5合力将放在固定挤压挡板5与移动挤压挡板3之间的板结在包装袋内的物料进行挤压，使物料在包装袋内受到挤压发生移位，从而完成消除板结分离破碎目的。

1.一种挤压破碎分离装置，包括气缸、挤压装置，其特征在于：所述气缸上连接有手动转向阀，所述挤压装置由移动挤压挡板、固定挤压挡板组成，所述移动挤压挡板与气缸顶端固定链接，所述移动挤压挡板底部设置有滚轮，所述固定挤压挡板设在移动挤压挡板前方。
