技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种宽频段蜂窝夹层玻璃钢天线罩,能够满足2-18GHz天线的保护及透波需要;用于小型一体化宽频段天线。
背景技术
目前,公知的天线罩结构形式分为:胶接泡沫板、充气式、螺接翼缘的实体薄板、金属空间骨架+薄蒙皮及螺栓连接的蜂窝夹层板等,适用的微波频段在10GHz以下,并且在安装空间较小的情况下,金属零件会对微波信号有较大的影响,而泡沫板或充气又使得天线罩强度不够。另外由于天线罩是拼接成型所以在防水处理上难度较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种宽频段蜂窝夹层玻璃钢天线罩,该天线罩不含金属零件,不仅具有良好的刚强度和防水性能而且在较宽的频段内有良好的透波性能。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,宽频段蜂窝夹层玻璃钢天线罩包括内层玻璃布、蜂窝板、玻璃布、加强环,所述内层玻璃布与蜂窝板通过树脂胶粘合成一体,在所述的一体外层再粘接玻璃布形成透波复合夹层,在天线罩安装接口处用玻璃丝粘接形成加强环。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述加强环中预埋塑料螺母。

具体实施方式
下面本实用新型将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1所示,包括内层玻璃布1、蜂窝板2、玻璃布3、加强环4及塑料螺母5。
所述内层玻璃布1与蜂窝板2通过树脂胶粘合成一体,在所述的一体外层再粘接玻璃布3形成透波复合夹层,在天线罩安装接口处用玻璃丝粘接形成加强环4,所述加强环4中预埋塑料螺母5。
本实用新型采用在圆周位置的玻璃钢内层添加合适的蜂窝材料,用于保证天线罩在宽频段的透波性能及刚强度。克服了现有天线罩金属零件对微波的干扰及强度不够和适用频段较窄的不足,该天线罩不含金属零件不仅具有良好的刚强度和防水性能而且在较宽的频段内有良好的透波性能;能够满足2-18GHz天线的保护及透波需要。

Claims (2)

1.一种宽频段蜂窝夹层玻璃钢天线罩,其特征是:包括内层玻璃布(1)、蜂窝板(2)、玻璃布(3)、加强环(4),所述内层玻璃布(1)与蜂窝板(2)胶粘合成一体,在所述的一体外层再粘接玻璃布(3)形成透波复合夹层,在天线罩安装接口处用玻璃丝粘接形成加强环(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的宽频段蜂窝夹层玻璃钢天线罩,其特征是:所述加强环(4)中预埋塑料螺母(5)。
