背景技术
现有的蒸汽及导热油辊需要锅炉、管道等,且有负载后两端温度不均。由于锅炉主要使用煤炭作为能源,不仅使用效率低,且污染环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在着力解决有负载时辊体两端温度不均问题,为相关产业提供一种减少能源损耗、降低成本的高效电加热辊。
本实用新型包括筒体、设置在筒体两端的传动端轴头结合件;在所述筒体内壁均布若干个“U”形槽钢,所述每个“U”形槽钢的开口端分别与筒体内壁密封焊接;在所述每个“U”形槽钢其中一端的内部分别设置电热管,在所述每个电热管外端分别设置电热管护罩;在所述每个“U”形槽钢远离电热管的一端分别设置封盖,在所述封盖外侧设置压盖。
本实用新型采用φ580×16mm薄壁无缝钢管与“U”型槽钢焊接,由于重量减轻,降低能耗及成本。采用“U”型槽钢焊接更是无需打深孔,加工费用大大降低。本实用新型通过加热管的传热,使辊体外表面温度温差极小,表面温差不超过±1℃,最高温度可达320℃。本实用新型温度均匀,有负载时两端亦无温差,大大优于蒸汽及导热油辊,且节能环保。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括筒体1、设置在筒体1两端的传动端轴头结合件2;在筒体1内壁均布十五个“U”形槽钢4,每个“U”形槽钢4的开口端分别与筒体1内壁密封焊接;在每个“U”形槽钢4其中一端的内部分别设置电热管5,在每个电热管5外端分别设置电热管护罩6;在每个“U”形槽钢4远离电热管5的一端分别设置封盖7,在封盖7外侧设置压盖8。
