本实用新型涉及印染、无纺和造纸热轧行业的产品烘干用压辊的生产技术领域。
背景技术
压辊是用于印染、无纺造纸热轧行业的烘干设备部件,现有的压辊大多采用钢管制成外壳,两端分别连接支撑轴,在其内设置夹层,于夹层内通入加热油,使压辊表面达到烘干所需的高温。由于采用导热油进行加热,温度不易控制且有漏油现象。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提出一种采用电加热,且传热效率高的高效传热热压辊。
本实用新型包括厚壁钢管圆柱形筒体,在所述筒体的两端分别固定连接左、右圆形端板,在左、右圆形端板的外端分别固定连接左、右支撑轴,在左、右圆形端板之间的筒体内设置保温内胆,在所述筒体的周向均布至少十个通孔,各通孔的轴向与所述筒体的轴向相互平行,在各通孔内分别设置传热套管,在各传热套管内分别装置电热管,在传热套管与筒体之间的通孔内灌注超导材料。
本实用型采用密封在传热套管内的电热管提供热源,通电后产生的热量通过超导材料快速传导至筒体外表面,本实用型的电热管易于更换,超导材料传热快,两端温差小,压辊的辊体表面温度可达250℃,两辊之间可挤压。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在厚壁钢管圆柱形筒体1的两端分别固定连接左圆形端板2和右圆形端板3,在左、右圆形端板2、3的外端分别固定连接左支撑轴4和右支撑轴5。在左、右圆形端板2、3之间的筒体1内设置保温内胆6。
在筒体1的周向均布至少十个通孔7,各通孔7的轴向与筒体1的轴向相互平行,在各通孔7内分别焊接传热套管8,在各传热套管8内分别装置电热管9。在传热套管8和筒体1之间的各通孔7内分别灌装超导材料10。

1.高效传热热压辊,包括厚壁钢管圆柱形筒体,在所述筒体的两端分别固定连接左、右圆形端板,在左、右圆形端板的外端分别固定连接左、右支撑轴,在左、右圆形端板之间的筒体内设置保温内胆,其特征在于在所述筒体的周向均布至少十个通孔,各通孔的轴向与所述筒体的轴向相互平行,在各通孔内分别设置传热套管,在各传热套管内分别装置电热管,在传热套管与筒体之间的通孔内灌注超导材料。
