Abstract
本实用新型公开一种除尘管道过滤装置，包括管体，设置在管体两端的除尘管道联接法兰，在所述的管体的侧壁上设有干式电磁除铁器、压力传感器和出料口，在所述的管体内设有网格式篦子。本实用新型的优点是：通过在除尘管道上安装过滤装置，可有效去除除尘灰中的杂物，大大降低设备损耗，稳定生产，提高产品质量，达到增产创效的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及链篦机-回转窑生产工艺除尘器***，尤其涉及一种新型的除尘管道过滤装置。
背景技术
“除尘”是球团厂生产工艺中的重要环节，为避免浪费资源，回收的除尘灰会继续用于生产，而实际生产中，除尘灰中存在各种杂物，这些杂物有破布、塑料、耐火材料、螺栓、铁块等，当这些杂物进入生产***中，会对生产***中的设备造成破坏，例如堵塞、卡死螺旋输送机和给料圆盘机，加速辊式筛分机的磨损等，进入造球盘后，不仅影响造球产量还会对生球质量造成一定影响。目前对除尘灰中的杂物，还没有有效的去除方法。
实用新型内容
为克服上述现有技术的缺点，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种除尘管道过滤装置，有效去除除尘灰中的杂物，降低设备损耗，增产创效。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型通过下述技术方案予以实现：
本实用新型的除尘管道过滤装置，其特征在于：包括管体，设置在管体两端的除尘管道联接法兰，在所述的管体的侧壁上设有干式电磁除铁器、压力传感器和出料口，在所述的管体内设有网格式篦子。
本实用新型的优点是：通过在除尘管道上安装过滤装置，可有效去除除尘灰中的杂物，大大降低设备损耗，稳定生产，提高产品质量，达到增产创效的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型的除尘管道过滤装置，包括管体2，设置在管体2两端的除尘管道联接法兰1，在所述的管体2的侧壁上设有干式电磁除铁器6、压力传感器5和出料口3，在所述的管体2内设有网格式篦子4。图中的7为除尘管道，8为除尘灰仓。
将本实用新型的除尘管道过滤装置的两个除尘管道联接法兰1通过螺栓安装在除尘管道上，利用干式电磁除铁器6把除尘灰中的铁质杂物吸附去除，并利用网格式篦子4把除尘灰中的其它杂物（破布，塑料等）过滤去除，压力传感器5具有管道堵塞报警功能，把此装置安装串联于除尘管道中，并定期打开出料口3进行清理，就可以有效的对除尘灰起到过滤作用。

1.一种除尘管道过滤装置，其特征在于：包括管体，设置在管体两端的除尘管道联接法兰，在所述的管体的侧壁上设有干式电磁除铁器、压力传感器和出料口，在所述的管体内设有网格式篦子。
