背景技术
电力总公司所辖的油田居民小区低压配电室中,大都为无人值守,当发生瞬时故障或雷电、过载,导致低压断路器跳闸时,值班人员无法及时了解配电室的情况,事故处理人员排查起来很费时,并且恢复送电工作需要专人到现场操作,工作量大、用时长。而安装有远程监控装置的也只能鉴别两种故障类型,而且此装置由单片机程序控制,各项参数不易修改和查看,此外单片机极易受到强电磁的干扰出现异常。在车辆紧张的情况下,地处偏远的配电室更是无法保证及时恢复用户供电,致使用户利益受损,投诉增多,影响了供电企业服务质量。

针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型要解决的问题是:提供一种低成本、一体化、具备无线远程监控配电室断路器过欠压、断相、过电流、过载等故障检测、遥控合闸技术方案的远程监控式配电室故障报警及恢复装置。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种GSM配电室远程综合保护控制器,其包括:
接线端子、三相交流保护继电器、数字式三相交流电流继电器和通信模块。所述接线端子分为电压输入端子、电流输入端子和合闸控制端子。所述三相交流保护继电器与电压输入端子连接,所述数字式三相交流电流继电器与电流输入端子连接。所述通信模块与三相交流保护继电器的输出端子、数字式三相交流电流继电器的输出端子和合闸控制端子连接,并接有短信接收控制设备。
其中,所述通信模块为GSM模块。所述三相交流保护继电器即VJ-5电压相序多功能保护器,能够监测过欠压、断相和错相等故障并发出告警。所述数字式三相交流电流继电器能够监测过载、过电流及单相故障并通过指示灯告警。当发生故障时,三相交流保护继电器和数字式三相交流电流继电器,输出控制信号到对应的GSM通信模块开关量输入端口,然后通过无线网络发信息至短信接收设备,从而实现配电室故障远程监控。故障消除后,值班人员发送短信至GSM通信模块,通过合闸控制端子遥控合闸,实现配电室故障恢复远程监控。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、自动鉴别区分配电室断路器过欠压、断相、过载、过流故障,检测电源侧电源恢复情况,短信控制合闸送电,减少人员、车辆出行次数,缩短事故停电时间,提高用电服务质量,维护企业声誉。2、采用低成本电路技术,便于推广普及无线网络通信技术在配电室中的应用,提高工作效率和自动化程度,为企业带来更高效益。

如图1所示,本实用新型的GSM配电室远程综合保护控制器包括接线端子、三相交流保护继电器、数字式三相交流电流继电器和GSM通信模块。所述接线端子分为电压输入端子、电流输入端子和合闸控制端子。所述三相交流保护继电器即VJ-5电压相序多功能保护器与电压输入端子连接,数字式三相交流电流继电器与电流输入端子连接。所述GSM通信模块的开关量输入端子IN1和IN2与三相交流保护继电器的常闭触点相连接;IN3和GDN与数字式三相交流电流继电器的过电流输出继电器常开触点连接,IN4和GDN与其过载输出继电器常开触点连接;报警联动继电器输出端子R1+和R1-与合闸控制端子连接,并接有短信接收控制设备。三相交流保护继电器可以实时显示电源电压,记录故障次数和时间,根据需要设定动作值和时间,能够监测过欠压、断相和错相等故障并发出告警。数字式三相交流电流继电器,可以实时显示实际电流,根据需要设定动作值和时间,能够监测过载、过电流及单相故障并通过指示灯告警。当发生故障时,三相交流保护继电器和数字式三相交流电流继电器,输出控制信号到对应的GSM通信模块开关量输入端口,然后通过无线网络发信息至短信接收设备,从而实现配电室故障远程监控。故障消除后,值班人员发送短信至GSM通信模块,通过合闸控制端子遥控合闸,实现配电室故障恢复远程监控。
