远程监控式配电室失压恢复装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电力供电或配电控制技术领域,具体涉及一种远程监控式配电室失压恢复装置。
背景技术
油田居民小区配电室中,广泛采用框架式断路器做为低压总开关,当遇到电网事故瞬时停电时,如高压线路瞬时故障跳闸、计划性停电等,因配电室断路器的失压保护作用而脱扣跳闸,电网恢复供电后,配电室合闸送电工作均是依赖人工到现场操作,工作量大、恢复送电时间长。特别在恶劣天气时,电网事故频繁,配电室失压脱扣跳闸反复出现,在生产车辆受限的情况下,恢复送电时间更长,地处偏远的配电室更是无法保证及时恢复用户供电,致使用户的利益受到损失,投诉增多,影响了供电企业服务质量。电力部门解决此类问题的应急方法,通常是采取拆除失压脱扣保护功能的做法,此法将引起瞬间冲击,所带来的危害,无论对电网或用户来说都是极为不利的,是无奈的一种方法。
现有技术中,类似的配电室失压恢复装置不具备远程功能,值班人员无法及时了解配电室送电情况,而具有远程控制功能的监控装置又不具备外部失压鉴别、延时自动恢复送电功能。中国专利ZL 03240867.6中所述了一种自动开关失压脱扣重合闸装置,通过检测断路器位置信号、失压脱扣信号、内部过流信号、手动分闸信号和电源质量情况,在失压脱扣电网恢复后进行延时重合闸,达到自动送电目的,但该装置不具备远程监控功能,值班人员无法远程了解断路器合闸情况以及装置自身动作情况,并且电路结构过于复杂。中国专利ZL 200820021242.9中所述了一种配电室智能遥测遥控装置,电路的实现方案采用了传统的单片机MCU,通过编写相应的控制程序完成逻辑控制,并应用成品工业GPRS通信模块做为被控端通信装置,计算机后台做为主控端,完成报警、遥控合闸等远程控制功能。该装置的采样输入同样是通过检测断路器跳闸位置信号的方法,断路器或接触器跳闸后,通过GPRS通信模块发出远程告警,再以人工遥控完成配电室送电过程。该装置不具备失压延时自动恢复送电功能,而是一种远程控制装置。
另外,以上技术电路设计中,逻辑控制部分和远程功能模块均采用单片机和工业GPRS通信模块。单片机控制程序一经固化,不便于工作人员修改调整设置,而且单片机极易受到强电磁的干扰出现异常,可靠性受到影响。现有远程控制技术中,远程通信采用短信收发+计算机后台的方式,传输速度慢、不利于配电值班人员移动监控,并且其各部件(电源、输入检测、逻辑控制、GPRS模块)是单独的装置,致使装置组合体积过大。同时,工业GPRS通信模块的成本和运营费用都较高,限制了在中小型配电装置中的推广应用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种低成本、一体化,具备无线远程监控的配电室断路器失压检测、选择性延时自动合闸技术方案的远程监控式配电室失压恢复装置。
其技术方案是:包括接线端子、逻辑处理电路板、电源模块、通信模块、计数器和显示屏。所述接线端子分为电压检测端子、电流检测端子和合闸控制端子,所述逻辑处理电路分别与电压检测端子、电流检测端子和合闸控制端子相连接,电压检测端子还与电源模块的输入端相连接,电源模块的一个输出端与逻辑处理电路相连接,其另一个输出端与通信模块相连接,通信模块还连接有显示屏;所述逻辑处理电路还连接有计数器。
其中,所述逻辑处理电路为单片机电路或由至少4个延时电路组合成。所述通信模块为GSM、GPRS或CDMA模块。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较,具有如下优点:1、自动鉴别区分配电室外部失压、内部短路过流故障,检测配电室电源侧恢复情况,延时自动合闸送电,减少人员、车辆出行次数,缩短事故停电时间,提高用电服务质量,维护企业声誉。2、通过远程无线虚拟语音协议实现远程功能,管理员可以不受距离限制,通过遥信、遥测了解配电室失压恢复情况、故障情况,必要是通过遥控进行合闸,实现了配电室失压恢复远程监控。3、采用低成本电路技术方案和虚拟语音GSM信令,便于推广普及远程无线网络通信技术在中小型配电装置中的应用,提高工作效率和自动化程度,为企业带来更高的效益。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种远程监控式配电室失压恢复装置,包括接线端子、逻辑处理电路LJB、电源模块AC/DC、通信模块GSM、计数器和显示屏。所述接线端子分为电压检测端子DY、电流检测端子DI和合闸控制端子SB,所述逻辑处理电路LJB分别与电压检测端子DY、电流检测端子DI和合闸控制端子SB相连接,电压检测端子DY还与电源模块AC/DC的输入端相连接,电源模块AC/DC的一个输出端与逻辑处理电路LJB相连接,其另一个输出端与通信模块GSM相连
接,通信模块GSM还连接有显示屏XSP;所述逻辑处理电路LJB还连接有计数器JSQ。逻辑处理电路LJB为单片机电路或由至少4个延时电路组合成。所述通信模块GSM为GSM、GPRS或CDMA模块。
本实用新型中,逻辑处理电路LJB为单片机电路制作时,单片机附加程序即可实现本专利功能,单片机电路为现有技术人员共知的电路,只需写入简单程序即可运行,其原理在此不再叙述。
逻辑处理电路LJB为至少4个延时电路组合成时,请参照附图2,按照附图2将电路中各电子元件连接即可。
使用本实用新型时,参照附图3连接即可。

1.一种远程监控式配电室失压恢复装置,包括接线端子、逻辑处理电路板、电源模块、通信模块、计数器和显示屏,其特征在于:所述接线端子分为电压检测端子、电流检测端子和合闸控制端子,所述逻辑处理电路分别与电压检测端子、电流检测端子和合闸控制端子相连接,电压检测端子还与电源模块的输入端相连接,电源模块的一个输出端与逻辑处理电路相连接,其另一个输出端与通信模块相连接,通信模块还连接有显示屏;所述逻辑处理电路还连接有计数器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远程监控式配电室失压恢复装置,其特征在于:所述逻辑处理电路为单片机电路或由至少4个延时电路组合成。
