如图1所示,本实用新型包括监控机1,所述监控机1与带有PCI插槽的通讯管理机3相接,所述通讯管理机3的PCI插槽内插接有CAN总线通信适配卡4,所述CAN总线通信适配卡4与CAN总线5相接,所述CAN总线5上连接有用于实时采集变配电站高低电压信号的电压信号采集单元6,用于实时采集变配电站电流信号的电流信号采集单元7,用于实时采集变配电站电量数据的电量数据采集单元8,用于实时监控变配电站变压器工作运行状况的变压器监控单元9,用于实时监控变配电站断路器工作运行状况的断路器监控单元10,用于实时监控变配电站保护装置工作运行状况的保护装置监控单元11,用于实时监控变配电站避雷器工作运行状况的避雷器监控单元12,所述监控机1还与用于通过Internet网络13与上位机15无线连接并通信的以太网通信模块14相接。
本实用新型的工作原理及过程是:电压信号采集单元6实时采集变配电站高低电压信号,电流信号采集单元7实时采集变配电站电流信号,电量数据采集单元8实时采集变配电站电量数据,变压器监控单元9实时监控变配电站变压器的工作运行状况,断路器监控单元10实时监控变配电站断路器的工作运行状况,保护装置监控单元11实时监控变配电站保护装置的工作运行状况,避雷器监控单元12实时监控变配电站避雷器的工作运行状况,以上各单元将检测的各个数据信号通过CAN总线5和CAN总线通信适配卡4实时发送给通讯管理机3和监控机1,通讯管理机3和监控机1对各信号数据进行分析处理,并根据各数据对所对应的各单元采取相应的措施,与此同时监控机1还能够通过以太网通信模块14和Internet网络13与上位机15进行双向通信。
