技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种白行车钢球硬度测量和压碎试验参数的测量夹具。
背景技术
标准QB/T1894-1993《自行车钢球》6.3“钢球的硬度”和6.4“钢球的压碎负荷”规定了试验的技术要求。
目前,已知的自行车钢球硬度测量和压碎试验都是直接将试件置于试验机的测试台面上,且被测试件为球形,试验过程中被测试件容易移动产生误差和容易伤及试验机的测试台面。
发明内容
为了克服试验过程中被测试件容易移动产生误差和容易伤及试验机的测试台面的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种自行车钢球硬度测量和压碎试验夹具,能保证试验精度和试验机的测试台面不受伤害,能够试验两种规格的钢球,每种规格有17个半球形凹槽。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是由半球形凹槽①(1)、半球形凹槽②(2)、A面(3)、B面(4)组成;其特征是:A面(3)平行于B面(4);半球形凹槽①(1)均匀位于A面(3)的圆心及8条射线上;半球形凹槽②(2)均匀位于B面(4)的圆心及8条射线上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:能保证试验精度和试验机的测试台面不受伤害,能够试验两种规格的钢球,每种规格有17个半球形凹槽,延长了试验夹具的使用寿命。

将试验夹具A面(3)向上平放于试验机上,将被测钢球置于半球形凹槽①(1)内,使被测钢球与试验机测头垂直线上,缓慢使试验机测头与被测钢球接触,按照标准要求开始进行试验;
将试验夹具B面(4)向上平放于试验机上,将被测钢球置于半球形凹槽②(2)内,使被测钢球与试验机测头垂直线上,缓慢使试验机测头与被测钢球接触,按照标准要求开始进行试验。
