本实用新型涉及化工建筑材料领域，提供一种地暖用隔热材料，用作房屋地暖保温隔热。
背景技术
地暖是房屋装修中的一种新型取暖方式，是在地板的下面安装供热***，如热水循环或电加热，使房间内的热量自下而上的释放，因而更令人舒适，具有较好的市场前景。安装地暖都要用到地暖保温隔热材料。目前常用的一种聚氨酯泡沫地暖复合保温板材，是以涂层毡或无纺布为面层的板材，这种板材有较大的缺点：涂层毡是水泥玻璃纤维毡材料，在使用板材的过程中会产生玻璃纤维粉尘，对人体和环境有害；涂层毡与无纺布一样，材料防潮性能差，这对于保温板材的保温性能和抗老化性能都有较大的不良影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目地是提供一种地暖复合保温板材，它由5层材料复合构成，分别为：中间保温层是聚氨酯硬质泡沫；复合于保温层上下表面的2层是无纺布；一个外表面层是铝箔纸；另一个外表面层是硅油纸；保温板材的厚度为15～50mm。其中聚氨酯硬质泡沫是隔热材料，起阻止热量通过的作用；2层无纺布是增强材料，可增加板材表面的硬度和回弹性，以提供供暖***和地板必要的支撑；铝箔纸可反射热量，其上面是地暖***，可充分的将热量向地板反射散播，并可阻止红外热能的散失；硅油纸具有防潮特性，可防止地面的潮气侵入保温板材，影响保温板材的物理性能。这种地暖复合保温板材用作房屋的地暖保温隔热材料，具有良好的节能效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
使用连续复合层压机，设备的厚度设定为15mm，上面层使用硅油纸，贴着上面层引入一层无纺布；下面层使用铝箔纸，贴着下面层引入一层无纺布；在下面的无纺布上面浇注聚氨酯物料，聚氨酯物料在层压机设备内反应发泡固化成型，将上下的硅油纸和铝箔纸以及无纺布复合成为板材。板材出层压机后被切割，成为聚氨酯地暖复合保温板材。

1.一种地暖复合保温板材，是由5层材料复合构成，其特征在于：所述的5层材料分别为：中间保温层是聚氨酯硬质泡沫；复合于保温层上下表面的2层是无纺布；一个外表面层是铝箔纸；另一个外表面层是硅油纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温板材，其特征在于：所述保温板材的厚度为15～50mm。
