背景技术
地暖是房屋装修中的一种新型取暖方式,是在地板的下面安装供热***,如热水循环或电加热,使房间内的热量自下而上的释放,因而更令人舒适,具有较好的市场前景。安装地暖都要用到地暖保温隔热材料。目前常用的一种聚氨酯泡沫地暖复合保温板材,是以涂层毡或无纺布为面层的板材,这种板材有较大的缺点:涂层毡是水泥玻璃纤维毡材料,在使用板材的过程中会产生玻璃纤维粉尘,对人体和环境有害;涂层毡与无纺布一样,材料防潮性能差,这对于保温板材的保温性能和抗老化性能都有较大的不良影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目地是提供一种地暖复合保温板材,它由5层材料复合构成,分别为:中间保温层是聚氨酯硬质泡沫;复合于保温层上下表面的2层是无纺布;一个外表面层是铝箔纸;另一个外表面层是硅油纸;保温板材的厚度为15~50mm。其中聚氨酯硬质泡沫是隔热材料,起阻止热量通过的作用;2层无纺布是增强材料,可增加板材表面的硬度和回弹性,以提供供暖***和地板必要的支撑;铝箔纸可反射热量,其上面是地暖***,可充分的将热量向地板反射散播,并可阻止红外热能的散失;硅油纸具有防潮特性,可防止地面的潮气侵入保温板材,影响保温板材的物理性能。这种地暖复合保温板材用作房屋的地暖保温隔热材料,具有良好的节能效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
使用连续复合层压机,设备的厚度设定为15mm,上面层使用硅油纸,贴着上面层引入一层无纺布;下面层使用铝箔纸,贴着下面层引入一层无纺布;在下面的无纺布上面浇注聚氨酯物料,聚氨酯物料在层压机设备内反应发泡固化成型,将上下的硅油纸和铝箔纸以及无纺布复合成为板材。板材出层压机后被切割,成为聚氨酯地暖复合保温板材。

1.一种地暖复合保温板材,是由5层材料复合构成,其特征在于:所述的5层材料分别为:中间保温层是聚氨酯硬质泡沫;复合于保温层上下表面的2层是无纺布;一个外表面层是铝箔纸;另一个外表面层是硅油纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温板材,其特征在于:所述保温板材的厚度为15~50mm。
