在贴片晶体生产领域,生产过程需要对封装完的产品进行抽查测试电参数,目前市场上没有一种测试夹具适用于这种微小贴片晶体。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种用于测量贴片晶体电参数的治具。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种用于测量贴片晶体电参数的治具,其特征是在测试治具底座上装有限位块;测试手柄的孔内上有导向轴,导向轴下有测试压紧弹簧,测试手柄的底座卡装在导向座上,测试手柄的下端有测试针。
由于采用了上述技术方案,测量贴片晶体电参数方法简单,节约了人力,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
在图1中,在测试治具底座1上装有限位块2;测试手柄3的孔内上有导向轴6,导向轴6下有测试压紧弹簧5,测试手柄3的底座卡装在导向座4上,测试手柄3的下端有测试针7。
实施例,先将测试手柄3向上提,顺时针旋转90度放至导向座4的上方,再用镊子将待测试产品测试电极朝上放入治具凹槽内,通过限位块2定位,再将测试手柄3逆时针旋转90度放至导向座4入口,由于测试压紧弹簧5的作用力,通过导向座4导入,正好将测试针7压在待测试产品黄色电极上沿,待测量完成将产品取出。
