背景技术
传统钢丝在线酸洗槽设计多采用在钢丝出入口设置一道或两道水幕方式来对酸槽内的酸雾进行隔绝，因钢丝出入口要求的封闭面积较大，密封水幕在形成过程中会因多种原因发生破裂，造成水幕帘密封失效酸雾会从裂口处溢出，如1，槽体两侧端部直角接缝处会一直出现水幕破裂；2，水幕板表面挂脏物，水幕就会从该处发生破裂；3，气压扰动会造成水幕发生破裂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钢丝在线酸洗槽酸雾隔断密封装置，结构简单，能够有效地消除钢丝酸洗过程中的酸雾溢出现象，确保生产正常有序进行。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种钢丝在线酸洗槽酸雾隔断密封装置，包括酸雾密封板，在酸雾密封板一侧壁上水平并排密封连接着若干根注水管，各注水管内分别设置着一水封段，水封段两头的注水管底面上分别设置着排水口，水封段中部的注水管顶面上连接着进水管，钢丝分别从各注水管内穿过。
本实用新型结构简单，钢丝通过注水水封段穿过注水管，从而能够有效地消除钢丝酸洗过程中的酸雾溢出现象，确保生产正常有序进行。

具体实施方式
一种钢丝在线酸洗槽酸雾隔断密封装置，如图1所示，包括酸雾密封板6，在酸雾密封板6一侧壁上水平并排密封连接着若干根注水管3，各注水管3内分别设置着一水封段5，水封段5两头的注水管底面上分别设置着排水口1，水封段5中部的注水管顶面上连接着进水管4，钢丝2分别从各注水管内穿过。进水管4上安装着调节阀门，通过调节阀门可以控制水流，使得水流充满水封段5内的空间，从而能够有效地消除钢丝酸洗过程中的酸雾溢出现象，确保生产正常有序进行。
水封段5的两端可以用带有中心孔的堵头进行封堵；也可以不进行封堵，只要通过调节水压确保水封段5内被水充满即可。水封段5内的水流通过所说的排水口1排出进行循环利用。

1.一种钢丝在线酸洗槽酸雾隔断密封装置，包括酸雾密封板，其特征是：在酸雾密封板一侧壁上水平并排密封连接着若干根注水管，各注水管内分别设置着一水封段，水封段两头的注水管底面上分别设置着排水口，水封段中部的注水管顶面上连接着进水管，钢丝分别从各注水管内穿过。
