Abstract

一种驱动桥托架与桥壳装配定位机构,包括桥壳、托架、锥形孔、固定锥形套、螺柱,托架上有锥形定位孔,在锥形定位孔内有带开口的固定锥形套,螺柱穿过固定锥形套将托架与桥壳固定锁死。由于本实用新型采用了上述结构,在托架上均匀分布3个锥形定位孔,固定锥形套与3个锥形孔匹配安装好后,螺柱***已经匹配好的固定锥形套及桥壳中,螺母和垫圈锁死固定,托架与桥壳的相对位置迅速定位,最后依次安装剩下的11颗固定螺栓和垫圈,有效地防止了驱动桥托架装配时由于受力不均发生歪斜,省时省力,容易找正且保持螺纹的完整性。

本实用新型涉及一种装配驱动桥托架与桥壳的装配定位装置。 
背景技术
目前,驱动桥托架与桥壳装配时,是依靠托架和桥壳的止口定位,随后需要逐个对准托架与桥壳的螺栓孔,依次安装14颗固定螺栓和垫圈,在安装固定螺栓过程中托架与桥壳相对位置不容易找正,由于受力不均经常发生歪斜,安装偏斜容易破坏螺纹,这种装配定位方式既费时费力,不容易找正且破坏螺纹。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、能准确地定位且省时省力和保持螺纹完整性的驱动桥托架与桥壳装配定位机构。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该机构包括桥壳、托架、锥形孔、固定锥形套、螺柱,托架上有锥形定位孔,锥形定位孔内有带开口的固定锥形套,螺柱穿过固定锥形套将托架与桥壳固定锁死。 
由于本实用新型采用了上述结构,在托架上均匀分布3个锥形定位孔,固定锥形套与3个锥形孔匹配安装好后,螺柱***已经匹配好的固定锥形套及桥壳中,螺母和垫圈锁死固定,托架与桥壳的相对位置迅速定位,最后依次安装剩下的11颗固定螺栓和垫圈,该机构不再依靠原有托架与桥壳的简单止口定位,避免了14个螺栓孔逐个对准安装的费时费力,有效地防止了驱动桥托架装配时由于受力不均发生歪斜,省时省力,容易找正且保持螺纹的完整性。

具体实施方式
实施例:该机构包括桥壳1、托架2、锥形定位孔7、固定锥形套6、螺柱5、螺母4、垫圈3,托架2上有锥形定位孔7,在锥形定位孔7内有与其匹配的带开口的固定锥形套6,螺柱5穿过螺母4、垫圈3和固定锥形套6将托架2与桥壳1固定锁死。 
如图1和图2所示,该机构包括垫圈3、螺母4、螺柱5、固定锥形套6和在托架上加工的锥形定位孔7;如图2所示,所述的托架2上加工的锥形定位孔7有3个,均匀分布在托架2的圆周上,装配托架2与桥壳1时所述的固定锥形套6***所述的锥形定位孔7中,与其匹配;所述的螺柱5***固定锥形套6、锥形定位孔7及桥壳1中,所述的螺柱5将托架2与桥壳1的相对位置固定,螺母4和垫圈3固定锁死。 
本实用新型设置了托架上加工的锥形定位孔7、固定锥形套6、螺柱5、垫圈3和螺母4,不再依靠原有托架2与桥壳1的简单止口定位,避免了14个螺栓孔逐个对准安装的费时费力,有效地防止了驱动桥托架装配时由于受力不均发生歪斜,省时省力又容易找正,保持螺纹完整性。

1.一种驱动桥托架与桥壳装配定位机构,该机构包括桥壳、托架、锥形孔、固定锥形套、螺柱,其特征是:托架上有锥形定位孔,锥形定位孔内有带开口的固定锥形套,螺柱穿过固定锥形套将托架与桥壳固定锁死。
