一种窗帘用定位装置，是设置于该窗帘的一横梁上，该定位装置具有一第一夹块与一第二夹块，且该第一及该第二夹块之间为一固定索通过，通过转动一转盘驱使该第一及该第二夹块夹紧该固定索，以避免该横梁不当的发生下滑情形。

技术领域
本实用新型是与窗帘结构有关；特别是指一种适用于无拉绳折帘或蜂巢帘的窗帘用定位装置。
背景技术
已知一种无拉绳式窗帘结构包括在一窗框上安装有二平行设置的横梁，再于该二横梁之间连结有一折帘，且该二横梁是沿着两条垂直设置的固定索而为上下移动，利用调整横梁在固定索上的位置，以达到改变该折帘展开或收合的目的。
为了有效将移动后的横梁固定在固定索上的预定位置，已知方式是在各该横梁上设置有二线孔分别供各该固定索穿过，特别的是，每一线孔两端的开口位置不以位在该固定索垂直通过的路径上，而是采错位设计，由此以改变固定索穿过的路径，并利用整组帘体的重量，以使固定索与线孔孔壁之间产生较大的摩擦阻力，以防止各该横梁下坠。诚然前述结构可用于固定横梁在固定索上的预定位置，惟须破坏横梁结构而易衍生安全性问题。为此，另有业者改以设置夹线块于各该横梁上，并于夹线块上设置可改变固定索路径的穿线孔以取代传统横梁上的线孔，前述方式虽可避免破坏横梁结构，但其与横梁上设置线孔的结构同样存在当固定索磨损后，将降低固定索与(穿)线孔孔壁之间摩擦阻力的缺点，进而造成横梁易有下滑而无法确实停止在固定索上的默认位置。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种窗帘用定位装置，是可确实地将横梁固定在固定索上的默认位置，以避免横梁下滑。
缘以达成上述目的，本实用新型所提供的窗帘用定位装置，其中该窗帘包含有一横梁与一固定索，该定位装置包括有一基座、一第一夹块、一第二夹块与一转盘。其中，该基座结合于该窗帘的该横梁上，该基座具有一容槽与一线孔，该线孔贯穿该基座并与该容槽相通，且该线孔为该固定索穿过；该第一夹块是可活动地设置于该基座的该容槽内，且该第一夹块具有一第一外接面；该第二夹块是设置于该基座的该容槽内，且该第二夹块与该第一夹块对应配置，使该固定索通过该第一夹块及该第二夹块之间；该转盘可转动地设置于该基座，该转盘具有一第一凸柱穿设于该基座的该容槽内，且该第一凸柱具有一第一顶推面与该第一夹块的该第一外接面抵接。
其中，该基座具有一侧板与二夹板，该二夹板分别连接于该侧板的顶缘及底缘且同向延伸形成，其中该侧板上设置该容槽与一第一活动槽，该容槽自该侧板的一侧面凹陷形成，该第一活动槽贯穿该侧板并与该容槽相通，且该第一活动槽为该转盘的该第一凸柱穿过，而该线孔则贯穿该二夹板。
其中，该基座的该侧板的另一侧面设置有一环框，该环框内面具有多个卡槽沿着该内面环绕排列而成；该转盘具有一内环伸至该环框中，且该内环的外环面具有一凸块与其中一该卡槽配合。
其中，该基座的该侧板具有一槽孔贯穿该侧板，该第一活动槽于该槽孔的一侧呈弧形配置；该第一夹块具有一第一导柱穿设于该槽孔中，且该第一夹块的该第一外接面为弧面。
其中，该转盘具有多个卡槽沿着该转盘的内缘环绕排列而成；该基座的该侧板的另一侧面设置有一环框，该环框外面具有一凸块，且该凸块与其中一该卡槽配合。
其中，该第二夹块具有一第二外接面，且该转盘更具有一第二凸柱穿设于该基座的该容槽内，且该第二凸柱具有一第二顶推面与该第二夹块的该第二外接面抵接；由此，转动转盘以使该第一凸柱顶推该第一夹块往该第二夹块方向移动，且该第二凸柱顶推该第二夹块往该第一夹块方向移动，使该第一夹块与该第二夹块对夹该固定索。
本实用新型的效果在于利用转动该转盘以使该第一凸柱顶推该第一夹块往该第二夹块方向移动以夹合该固定索，如此可避免横梁发生不当的下滑情形。

具体实施方式
其中图1所示为包含有本实用新型定位装置10的窗帘100，该窗帘100尚包括在一窗框20上固定两条垂直的固定索30，二横梁40分别通过结合二个定位装置10，且各该定位装置10为固定索30穿过而平行地连结至各该固定索30上，该二横梁40之间则设置一以蜂巢帘50为例但不以此为限的帘体。以下兹以一个定位装置10为例说明。请参图2至图4所示，本实用新型较佳实施例的定位装置10包括有一基座12、一第一夹块14、一第二夹块16与一转盘18。
该基座12具有一侧板121与二夹板122、123。请配合图5所示，该侧板121上设置一容槽121a、一槽孔121b、一第一活动槽121c与一第二活动槽121d。该容槽121a为自该侧板121的一侧面凹陷形成近似圆形的沉孔；该槽孔121b位于该容槽121a中并贯穿该侧板121，在本实施例中，该槽孔121b呈为十字型穿孔；该第一活动槽121c与该第二活动槽121d位于该容槽121a中并贯穿该侧板121，该第一活动槽121c与该第二活动槽121d呈弧形并对称地位于该槽孔121b的两侧。
该基座12的该二夹板122、123分别连接于该侧板121的顶缘及底缘且朝同向水平延伸形成，各该夹板的末端形成一勾部以勾抵于该横梁40上。一线孔124笔直地贯穿各该夹板，且该线孔124与该容槽121a相通，该固定索30即是穿过该线孔124。又，该基座12的该侧板121的另一侧面更设置有一突起的环框13，该环框13内面具有多个弧形凹设而成的卡槽13a，所述卡槽13a沿着该内面环绕排列而成。
本实施例的该第一夹块14及该第二夹块16为相同结构体，该第一夹块14的一部分形成T型的第一导柱14a，该第二夹块16的一部分形成T型的第二导柱16a，该第一导柱14a与该第二导柱16a穿过该侧板121的十字型槽孔121b，由此以使该第一夹块14及该第二夹块16不至于相对该基座12脱离，且该第一夹块14及该第二夹块16可沿该槽孔121b左右位移。该第一夹块14及该第二夹块16的另一部分位于该容槽121a中，其中该第一夹块14的该部分定义有一弧形的第一外接面14b与一平直的第一夹紧面14c，该第二夹块16的该部分定义有一弧形的第二外接面16b与一平直的第二夹紧面16c，如图6所示，组装后的该第一夹块14及该第二夹块16分置于该固定索30的两旁，且该第一夹块14的该第一夹紧面14c与该第二夹块16的该第二夹紧面16c面对该固定索30。
该转盘18包括有一体成型的一旋钮181、一内环182一第一凸助183、与一第二凸柱184。其中，该旋钮181的表面环设有多个凸肋181a作为转动该转盘18时的止滑使用；该内环182位于该旋钮181所圈绕空间内，且该内环182的外环面具有一凸块182a，该内环182的端面则连接该第一凸助183与该第二凸柱184。组装时，是以该第一凸助183与该第二凸柱184各别对准并穿过该基座12侧板121上的该第一活动槽121c与该第二活动槽121d，使得该第一凸助183与该第二凸柱184的一部分突伸至该容槽121a，且该第一凸助183与该第二凸柱184分别位于该第一夹块14及该第二夹块16的外侧，该第一凸助183具有一第一顶推面183a与该第一夹块14的第一外接面14b抵接，该第二凸柱184具有一第二顶推面184a与该第二夹块16的第二外接面16b抵接。
该转盘18的该内环182伸至该环框13中，且该内环182表面的该凸块182a与其中一该卡槽13a配合，由此，该转盘18是可转动地结合于该基座12上，且在转动该转盘18时可产生段落感加以定位。
请参图6所示，揭示该第一夹块14与该二夹块16之间保有较大间距以便组装时的该固定索30穿过。在本实施例中，固定索30是以钢索表示，但并不为所限，其亦可为任意可张紧的绳体或带体。接着，使用者转动该转盘18以令其第一凸柱183与第二凸柱184分别顶推该第一夹块14及该第二夹块16对夹该固定索30(参照图7)，进而达成将该横梁40固定于该固定索30上预定位置的目的。此稳固地将该横梁40停定于该固定索30上的夹紧力，为使用者欲于调整移动该横梁40所需施力的大小。在该第一夹块14的第一夹紧面14c、该第二夹块16的第二夹紧面16c或该固定索30表面，因接触磨损而有降低彼此间的摩擦阻力时，使用者得经由再转动该转盘18以进逼该第一夹块14与该第二夹块16更为靠近，使该第一夹块14的第一夹紧面14c、该第二夹块16的第二夹紧面16c与该固定索30之间保持在良好的接触摩擦状态，藉以解决因摩擦阻力降低致使该横梁40有不当下滑的缺点。至于转动该转盘18后，通过其内环182表面的凸块182a与对应的卡槽13a互为嵌合时可防范该转盘18不当的逆转。是以，本实用新型的该定位装置10的设置，不仅可避免破坏该横梁40结构，亦可避免该横梁40发生不当的下滑情形。
复请参阅图8至图10所示的本实用新型另一较佳实施例的定位装置60，该定位装置60包括有一基座62、一第一夹块64、一第二夹块66与一转盘。其中该基座62在一侧板63上设有一容槽63a、一线孔63b与一第一活动槽63c，该线孔63b与该第一活动槽63c贯通该容槽63a；该第一夹块64可左右活动地设置于该基座62的该容槽63a内，且该第一夹块64具有一第一外接面64a与一第一夹紧面64b；该第二夹块66设置于该基座62的该容槽63a内，在本实施例中，该第二夹块66是与该基座62一体成型者，且该第二夹块66具有一第二夹紧面66a面对该第一夹紧面64b，而该固定索30是穿过该第一夹块64与该第二夹块66之间；该转盘结构不同于前述实施例的是，该转盘包括有一旋钮68与一第一凸柱69，该第一凸柱69穿设于该基座62的该第一活动槽63c内，且该第一凸柱69具有一第一顶推面69a与该第一夹块64的该第一外接面64a抵接。利用转动该旋钮68以驱使该第一凸柱69顶推该第一夹块64往该第二夹块66方向移动以达夹合该固定索30的目的。又，本实施例的该旋钮68内缘环绕排列有多个卡槽68a，该基座62的该侧板63的另一侧面设置有一环框63d，该环框63d外面具有一凸块63e，该凸块63e与其中一该卡槽68a配合。由此，通过转动旋钮68时所产生的段落感，以达定位目的。

Claims (6)

1.一种窗帘用定位装置，该窗帘包含有一横梁与一固定索，其特征在于，该定位装置包括有：
一基座，结合于该窗帘的该横梁上，该基座具有一容槽与一线孔，该线孔贯穿该基座并与该容槽相通，且该线孔为该固定索穿过；
一第一夹块，可活动地设置于该基座的该容槽内，且该第一夹块具有一第一外接面；
一第二夹块，设置于该基座的该容槽内，且该第二夹块与该第一夹块对应配置，使该固定索通过该第一夹块及该第二夹块之间；
一转盘，可转动地设置于该基座，该转盘具有一第一凸柱穿设于该基座的该容槽内，且该第一凸柱具有一第一顶推面与该第一夹块的该第一外接面抵接；
由此，转动该转盘以使该第一凸柱顶推该第一夹块往该第二夹块方向移动以夹合该固定索。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘用定位装置，其特征在于，其中该基座具有一侧板与二夹板，该二夹板分别连接于该侧板的顶缘及底缘且同向延伸形成，其中该侧板上设置该容槽与一第一活动槽，该容槽自该侧板的一侧面凹陷形成，该第一活动槽贯穿该侧板并与该容槽相通，且该第一活动槽为该转盘的该第一凸柱穿过，而该线孔则贯穿该二夹板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的窗帘用定位装置，其特征在于，其中该基座的该侧板的另一侧面设置有一环框，该环框内面具有多个卡槽沿着该内面环绕排列而成；该转盘具有一内环伸至该环框中，且该内环的外环面具有一凸块与其中一该卡槽配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的窗帘用定位装置，其特征在于，其中该基座的该侧板具有一槽孔贯穿该侧板，该第一活动槽于该槽孔的一侧呈弧形配置；该第一夹块具有一第一导柱穿设于该槽孔中，且该第一夹块的该第一外接面为弧面。
5.根据权利要求2所述的窗帘用定位装置，其特征在于，其中该转盘具有多个卡槽沿着该转盘的内缘环绕排列而成；该基座的该侧板的另一侧面设置有一环框，该环框外面具有一凸块，且该凸块与其中一该卡槽配合。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的窗帘用定位装置，其特征在于，其中该第二夹块具有一第二外接面，且该转盘还具有一第二凸柱穿设于该基座的该容槽内，且该第二凸柱具有一第二顶推面与该第二夹块的该第二外接面抵接；由此，转动转盘以使该第一凸柱顶推该第一夹块往该第二夹块方向移动，且该第二凸柱顶推该第二夹块往该第一夹块方向移动，使该第一夹块与该第二夹块对夹该固定索。
