本实用新型涉及一种路桥护栏加工设备，具体是一种护栏钢管喷漆装置。
背景技术
传统的技术中，在路桥护栏进行加工过程中，需要对护栏钢管的表面进行喷漆操作，目前，绝大多数的加工企业都是采用人工喷涂，因此，存在喷涂不均匀，且喷涂后不能技术烘干，影响钢管表面的质量，且护栏钢管的长度有时候太长，这样在喷涂的过程中，容易导致钢管的前后两端喷涂不均匀，存在色差。

    本实用新型提供一种喷涂均匀，喷涂效率高、可以一边喷涂、一边烘干、避免喷涂过程中产生色差的护栏钢管喷漆装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种护栏钢管喷漆装置，包括支架，其特征在于：所述支架上安装有喷涂箱，所述喷涂箱的左、右两端转动安装有固定座，所述左、右固定座之间安装有待喷涂的不锈钢钢管，所述左固定座上安装有皮带轮，所述支架的下端固定安装有电机，所述电机与皮带轮之间传动连接，所述喷涂箱的底部固定安装有喷嘴，所述喷涂箱的顶部设有热风烘干管道。
所述固定座的侧壁上设有钢管卡接口。
本实用新型在喷涂箱的左、右两端安装有固定座，且在喷涂箱的底部设有喷涂箱支架结构，这样不锈钢管在电机的带动下可以转动，通过喷涂箱底部的喷嘴，对喷涂箱内的管道进行均匀喷涂，且喷涂好了，钢管可以被喷涂箱内的热风烘干管道烘干，这样烘干效率高，而且喷涂质量较好。

所述固定座3的侧壁上设有钢管卡接口8。
