目前,市场上使用的动力锂电池盖板的防爆结构是,先在盖板板体上打出中心定位台阶孔,然后在该台阶孔内焊接或铆压防爆膜,最后在防爆膜上打出防爆痕,此种结构加工复杂,容易出现漏液,防爆不稳定。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用效果好的动力锂电池防爆盖板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种动力锂电池防爆盖板,包括盖板板体,盖板板体水平设置,其特征是:盖板板体向上冲压有凸台,凸台包括凸台顶壁,凸台顶壁水平设置,凸台顶壁周圈下面密闭固定连接有凸台侧壁,凸台侧壁竖向设置,凸台侧壁下端与盖板板体密闭固定相连;凸台侧壁上刻有防爆痕。防爆痕水平开设。凸台侧壁的厚度小于所述凸台顶壁的厚度、也小于盖板板体的厚度。
本实用新型为一体式结构,采用拉伸的方式使凸台成型,结构简单、易于加工。此种结构不设防爆孔,不会出现漏液,防爆痕的深度易于控制,与铆接或焊接防爆模的方式相比,防爆更加稳定。

一种动力锂电池防爆盖板,如图1所示,包括盖板板体1,盖板板体1水平设置,盖板板体1向上冲压有凸台,凸台包括凸台顶壁3,凸台顶壁3水平设置,凸台顶壁3周圈下面密闭固定连接有凸台侧壁2,凸台侧壁2竖向设置,凸台侧壁2下端与盖板板体1密闭固定相连;凸台侧壁2上刻有防爆痕4。在本实施例中,所述防爆痕4水平开设。所述凸台侧壁2的厚度小于所述凸台顶壁3的厚度、也小于所述盖板板体1的厚度。
在本实用新型中,盖板板体向上变薄拉伸出一个凸台,在凸台侧壁变薄的区域刻出具有一定深度的防爆痕。在一定压力下,带有防爆痕的凸台侧壁会首先破裂,因此能够起到电池防爆的作用。此防爆结构稳定易加工,工艺简单,生产成本低。
本实用新型为盖板一体式结构,易于成型,减少了制作步骤,降低了生产成本,不会出现漏液的现象,使防爆效果更稳定。
