背景技术
目前,行业内,蓄电池灌加电解液工序一般是采用自动灌酸机抽真空加酸工装来实现,但是行业内通用加酸工装顶部的水平面与加酸口一般是齐平的,在后续化成过程,蓄电池化成过程产生的气体气压作用下就会使电解液从加酸口溢出,造成蓄电池外观受损、接线片腐蚀以及电解液浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种蓄电池防溢液加酸工装,可以克服电解液溢出造成的蓄电池外观受损、接线片腐蚀以及电解液浪费的不足,具有防溢液、防腐蚀的特点。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:一种蓄电池防溢液加酸工装,其特征是:工装顶部有向外部凸出的空心圆柱形加酸接口,以加酸接口为中心的外层由近及远有同心圆隔墙和矩形隔墙,加酸接口以及同心圆隔墙与工装顶部水平面的结合处分别有一对对称的镂空圆孔。
蓄电池进行电解液灌加时,电解液通过加酸接口进入到加酸工装的储液壶中,然后从加酸工装的下部输液管进入到蓄电池内部,灌加完电解液的蓄电池随后进行内化成,化成过程中蓄电池内部会产生气体,内部气压迫使电解液液面上升,当有电解液溢出时,同心圆隔墙和矩形隔墙就会起到阻止电解液外溢到蓄电池外表或是接线片上的作用,当产生的气体在后续导出后,内部的压力会减小,电解液就可以通过加酸接口以及同心圆隔墙两侧的圆孔重新流回到蓄电池内部。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型一种蓄电池防溢液加酸工装,具有防溢液、防腐蚀的优点。

具体实施方式
蓄电池进行电解液灌加时,电解液通过图1中加酸工装的加酸接口(2)进入到储液壶(6)中,然后从下部输液管(7)进入到蓄电池内部,灌加完电解液的蓄电池随后进行内化成,化成过程中蓄电池内部会产生气体,内部气压迫使电解液液面上升,当有电解液溢出时,同心圆隔墙(1)和矩形隔墙(3)就会起到阻止电解液外溢的作用,当产生的气体在后续导出后,内部的压力会减小,电解液就可以通过加酸接口(2)以及同心圆隔墙(1)与工装顶部水平面(5)的结合处两侧圆孔(4)重新流回到蓄电池内部。

2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池防溢液加酸工装,其特征是:加酸接口以及同心圆隔墙与工装顶部水平面的结合处分别有一对对称的镂空圆孔。
