本实用新型涉及一种磨煤机磨盘，特别涉及一种陶瓷金属复合耐磨磨煤机磨盘。
背景技术
现在的中速磨煤机磨盘（包括HP、mps型等），一般采用高铬合金浇注而成，工作中由于表面承受较高挤压力，剪切力，一般寿命8000-12000小时，磨损后的磨盘表面形成凹槽和波形凹坑，需要修复或者更换，使用寿命短。目前，如中国专利201020156757.7也采用在磨盘表面复合高铬合金与陶瓷颗粒的复合网格，这样的复合材料，在使用时，陶瓷颗粒易出现脱落的现象，陶瓷颗粒与高铬合金粘接性能不好，耐磨性差。使用寿命依然很短。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种耐磨性能好，不易脱落、使用寿命长的陶瓷金属复合耐磨磨煤机磨盘。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种陶瓷金属复合耐磨磨煤机磨盘，包括由高铬合金制成的磨盘本体（1），其特征在于：在磨盘本体（1）内靠近上表面的位置设有用陶瓷粉末烧结而成的陶瓷预制体（2），所述陶瓷预制体（2）呈网格状，所述陶瓷预制体（2）的表面镀有一层金属镍层（3），所述陶瓷预制体（2）通过高铬合金熔化后浇注到磨盘本体（1）中与磨盘本体（1）成为一体。
采用上述技术方案，在磨煤机磨盘上复合陶瓷金属复合材料，增加耐磨性，增加使用寿命。其次，本实用新型采用陶瓷粉末烧结而成的陶瓷预制体，该陶瓷预制体为一个完整的烧结体，抗冲击性能好，在陶瓷预制体的表面镀镍，改善陶瓷预制体与高铬合金金属液之间的粘接性，使得在使用过程中，陶瓷预制体不会出现脱落的现象。使用寿命长。
在上述技术方案中：所述陶瓷预制体（2）的厚度为10-40mm。
在上述技术方案中：所述金属镍层（3）的厚度为10-200um。这样陶瓷预制体与高铬合金金属液之间的粘接性好。

实施例1，如图1-2所示：一种陶瓷金属复合耐磨磨煤机磨盘主要由由高铬合金制成的磨盘本体1、陶瓷预制体2等部件组成，磨盘本体1的结构在此不做赘述。所述陶瓷预制体2由陶瓷粉末、粘接剂、增塑剂混合后通过压制成网格状，然后经干燥、烧结得到，所述陶瓷预制体2的厚度为10-40mm。该陶瓷预制体2为一个完整的烧结体，抗冲击性能比陶瓷颗粒好，在磨盘本体1内靠近上表面的位置设有该用陶瓷粉末烧结而成的陶瓷预制体2，所述陶瓷预制体2的表面镀有一层金属镍层3，所述金属镍层3的厚度为10-200um。即如图2所示，在磨盘本体1的上表面开一个凹槽，将网格状的陶瓷预制体2放置在该凹槽中，该凹槽的大小与陶瓷预制体2的大小相同，为了增加固定强度，可以用螺钉将陶瓷预制体2先紧固在凹槽中，然后通过高铬合金熔化后浇注到磨盘本体1中使陶瓷预制体2与磨盘本体1成为一体。

1.一种陶瓷金属复合耐磨磨煤机磨盘，包括由高铬合金制成的磨盘本体（1），其特征在于：在磨盘本体（1）内靠近上表面的位置设有用陶瓷粉末烧结而成的陶瓷预制体（2），所述陶瓷预制体（2）呈网格状，所述陶瓷预制体（2）的表面镀有一层金属镍层（3），所述陶瓷预制体（2）通过高铬合金熔化后浇注到磨盘本体（1）中与磨盘本体（1）成为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述陶瓷金属复合耐磨磨煤机磨盘，其特征在于：所述陶瓷预制体（2）的厚度为10-40mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2陶瓷金属复合耐磨磨煤机磨盘，其特征在于：所述金属镍层（3）的厚度为10-200um。
