Abstract
本实用新型公开一种单面发光LED光源以及双面发光LED光源,单面发光LED光源,包括透明基材、金属导电件、荧光胶层、反光层及若干片LED芯片;该金属导电件和若干片LED芯片均设于所述透明基材的上表面,并且该若干片LED芯片的正负电极均通过引线与该金属导电件进行电气连接;所述荧光胶层设在所述透明基材上表面上并且覆盖所述LED芯片及金属导电件;所述反光层贴设在所述透明基材的下表面。双面发光用荧光胶层替代反光层。单面发光LED光源,光线侧面泄露的光由反光层有效反射,减少光损作用,提高LED光源光效。双面发光LED光源,下表面的荧光胶层有效吸收LED芯片侧面泄露的光并有效利用,实现双面发光,并且进一步提高了LED光源的整体光通量和光效。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED光源,具体是指一种单面发光LED光源以及双面发光LED光源。
背景技术
随着LED封装技术的快速发展,LED封装形式和支架基材也在不断沿革和应用。一般LED封装形式有:直插式(DIP)封装、贴片式(SMD)封装、大功率(High power)封装和COB(Chip on board)封装等。LED支架基材也可分为:铁支架、铝支架/基板、铜支架、陶瓷支架/基板等。当前,众所周知的是LED的优点是体积小、设计灵活、指向性强。即使LED灯具的总光通量比传统灯具低,由于其指向性好,往往LED灯具照明效果优于传统灯具。
目前LED光源通常为单面发光,所采用的LED支架基材如上面所述,均为不透明结构,LED芯片发出的光线经该LED支架基材多次反射会造成折射损失,光效低。另,LED光源单面发光,发光角度小于180度,形成的灯具其下表面存在一定阴暗区域,灯具上表面和下表面的照明度差异较大。为了减少该差异,需要将灯光的角度设计为大于180度,比如目前在LED水晶蜡烛灯、LED球泡灯等产品上有相关应用。目前,人们为了实现LED灯具大角度发光效果,往往采取的方法有:(1)设计成多面发光的灯具,如LED玉米灯/菠萝灯。(2)将2片贴附有LED光源的基板背靠背粘合在一起,形成双面发光体,进而实现大角度发光效果。方法(1)的优点是多颗LED器件分布在灯具外壳上,设计灵活,但可靠性不好,容易引起虚焊、散热不足等。方法(2)的缺点是工艺复杂,需要导热硅胶粘合2片基板。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一目的在于提供一种高光效性能的单面发光LED光源。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种双面发光LED光源,具有高光效,结构与工艺简易、可靠又稳定特征。
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种单面发光LED光源,包括透明基材、金属导电件、荧光胶层、反光层及若干片LED芯片;该金属导电件和若干片LED芯片均设于所述透明基材的上表面,并且该若干片LED芯片的正负电极均通过引线与该金属导电件进行电气连接;所述荧光胶层设在所述透明基材上表面上并且覆盖所述LED芯片及金属导电件;所述反光层贴设在所述透明基材的下表面。
所述透明基材为石英玻璃或者透明陶瓷。
所述反光层为蒸镀反光膜或者反光片。
一种双面发光LED光源,包括透明基材、金属导电件、荧光胶层、及若干片LED芯片;该金属导电件和若干片LED芯片均设于所述透明基材的上表面,并且该若干片LED芯片的正负电极均通过引线与该金属导电件进行电气连接;所述荧光胶层包括上荧光胶层和下荧光胶层,该上荧光胶层设在所述透明基材上表面上并且覆盖所述LED芯片及金属导电件;所述下荧光胶层设在所述透明基材的下表面。
所述透明基材为石英玻璃或者透明陶瓷。
采用上述方案后,本新型相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:单面发光LED光源,LED支架基材采用透明基材,其承载的LED芯片激发上表面的荧光胶层发光,光线侧面泄露的光由反光层有效反射,减少光损作用,提高LED光源光效。双面发光LED光源,将反光层替换为荧光胶层,透明基材透过率优异,下表面的荧光胶层有效吸收LED芯片侧面泄露的光并有效利用,实现双面发光,并且进一步提高了LED光源的整体光通量和光效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本作进一步详细的说明。
本新型涉及一种单面发光LED光源,如图1所示,包括透明基材1、金属导电件2、若干片LED芯片3、荧光胶层4及反光层5。
金属导电件2和若干片LED芯片3均设于透明基材1的上表面,若干片LED芯片3的正负电极均通过引线7与金属导电件2进行电气串并连接。金属导电件2为由若干片金属导电片构成的线路层,起串并电连接LED芯片3作用,金属导电件2的若干片金属导电片在透明基材1上布设位置是根据LED芯片3分布及连接情况而定。荧光胶层4涂布在透明基材1上表面上并且覆盖LED芯片3及金属导电件2。反光层5粘合在透明基材1的下表面。
所述透明基材1为透明陶瓷;或者为莫氏硬度高的石英玻璃,具有耐磨、硬度好等特征。反光层5为蒸镀反光膜或粘合的反光片,该蒸镀反光膜和反光片的反射率达90%以上。
上述单面发光LED光源,LED支架基材采用透明基材1,其承载的LED芯片3发出蓝光,激发上表面的荧光胶层4后发白光。该白光大部分往透明基材的上表面射出,往侧面泄露的光由下表面的反光层5有效反射,减少光损作用,提高了LED光源光效。
本新型还涉及一种双面发光LED光源,如图2所示,包括透明基材1、金属导电件2、若干片LED芯片3及荧光胶层,该荧光胶层包括上荧光胶层61和下荧光胶层62。
金属导电件2和若干片LED芯片3均设于透明基材1的上表面,若干片LED芯片3的正负电极均通过引线7与该金属导电件2进行电气连接。上荧光胶层61设在透明基材1上表面上并且覆盖LED芯片3及金属导电件2。下荧光胶层62设在透明基材1的下表面。双面发光LED光源结构与上述单面LED光源结构相类似,主要不同之处在于,用下荧光胶层62替代反光层5。同样透明基材1为透明陶瓷;或者为莫氏硬度高的石英玻璃,具有耐磨、硬度好等特征。
双面发光LED光源,透明基材1承载的LED芯片3发出蓝光,激发上荧光胶层4后发白光。该白光大部分往透明基材1的上表面射出,部分光线侧面泄露,往透明基材1的下表面射出。借由透明基材1透过率优异,下荧光胶层62有效吸收LED芯片3侧面泄露的光并有效利用,由此实现双面发光。相比传统LED光源,减少LED光子的折射损失,进一步提高了LED光源的整体光通量和光效,成为一种高光效双面发光的新式LED光源。当然双面发光中,正面发光亮度大于背面发光亮度,背面发光能够避免光源背面阴暗区域存在,提高照明舒适度。
以上所述仅为本新型的优选实施例,凡跟本新型权利要求范围所做的均等变化和修饰,均应属于本新型权利要求的范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种单面发光LED光源,其特征在于:包括透明基材、金属导电件、荧光胶层、反光层及若干片LED芯片;该金属导电件和若干片LED芯片均设于所述透明基材的上表面,并且该若干片LED芯片的正负电极均通过引线与该金属导电件进行电气连接;所述荧光胶层设在所述透明基材上表面上并且覆盖所述LED芯片及金属导电件;所述反光层贴设在所述透明基材的下表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种单面发光LED光源,其特征在于:所述透明基材为石英玻璃或者透明陶瓷。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种单面发光LED光源,其特征在于:所述反光层为蒸镀反光膜或者反光片。
4.一种双面发光LED光源,其特征在于:包括透明基材、金属导电件、荧光胶层、及若干片LED芯片;该金属导电件和若干片LED芯片均设于所述透明基材的上表面,并且该若干片LED芯片的正负电极均通过引线与该金属导电件进行电气连接;所述荧光胶层包括上荧光胶层和下荧光胶层,该上荧光胶层设在所述透明基材上表面上并且覆盖所述LED芯片及金属导电件;所述下荧光胶层设在所述透明基材的下表面。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种双面发光LED光源,其特征在于:所述透明基材为石英玻璃或者透明陶瓷。
