本实用新型属于铜箔生产技术领域，尤其涉及一种铜箔生产车间抽风装置。
背景技术
铜箔生产车间在生产中会产生酸性气体，若酸性气体不被及时抽走，会漂浮在生产环境中，使铜箔产生酸雾点从而导致毛箔降级处理，并且会增加车间内空气湿度，造成箔面氧化。根据多年的生产经验可知，铜箔生产车间的空调***多为低处东侧送风，而回风在西侧，同样为低处，这样就会造成部分湿热空气上升到生箔间高处并聚集，导致生箔车间整体温度升高，增加空调负荷，影响车间湿度。湿度和酸雾使铜箔表面极易氧化，造成大量的B级品，严重影响铜箔的产品质量。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种可以降低铜箔生产车间酸雾、温度和湿度的抽风装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种铜箔生产车间抽风装置，包括轴流风机、飘窗和挡板，轴流风机固定于飘窗面板上，轴流风机入风口方向处设置挡板并活动连接于飘窗内侧的窗体。
所述挡板与飘窗内侧的窗体铰接。
采用上述技术方案，通过在铜箔生产车间安装抽风装置，使车间内的酸雾点基本消失，且车间温度和湿度得到降低，有效保证了车间的洁净度，确保铜箔的产品质量不降低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的一种铜箔生产车间抽风装置，包括轴流风机1、飘窗2和挡板3，轴流风机1固定于飘窗面板4上；挡板3位于轴流风机入风口方向处5并与飘窗内侧的窗体6铰接；飘窗2设置于车间南侧高处的窗户处。
轴流风机1通电后，打开挡板3时，车间内的酸雾和湿热空气经风机入风口处被排出车间；关闭挡板3时，风机入风口处被封，车间内的气体停止排出。本装置有效保证了车间的洁净度，确保铜箔的产品质量不降低。

1.一种铜箔生产车间抽风装置，包括轴流风机、飘窗和挡板，其特征在于：所述轴流风机固定于飘窗面板上，轴流风机入风口方向处设置挡板并活动连接于飘窗内侧的窗体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜箔生产车间抽风装置，其特征在于：所述挡板与飘窗内侧的窗体铰接。
