技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种弹性齿条衬套,用于汽车转向机零部件内,以减少转向机齿条与衬套之间的磨损间隙和异响,提高产品性能,属于一种汽车零部件。
背景技术
目前汽车转向机内的齿条与衬套部分大都采用齿条与衬套形式,齿条与衬套采用较小的过盈配合达到消除齿条与衬套间隙作用,但该种形式的齿条与衬套部位由于齿条与衬套之间磨损且得不到良好的润滑,使齿条与衬套间产生磨损间隙,随着磨损时间延长间隙会逐步加大产生异响,需要及时更换,所以影响了转向机的产品质量和使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种弹性齿条衬套,该弹性齿条衬套不仅消除齿条与衬套间隙而产生的异响,而且可提高产品的使用寿命。
为解决以上问题,本发明的具体技术方案如下:一种弹性齿条衬套,包括衬套圆环体,在衬套圆环体外壁上设有轴向齿,在轴向齿上设有两道平行的环槽,环槽内设有环形的弹簧。
所述的衬套圆环体的内壁环形均布有凸台,凸台上设有若干个均匀分布的球型凹槽。
该弹性齿条衬套采用衬套圆环体上设置的环槽及弹簧结构,使齿条衬套与齿条间保持一定的间隙,当齿条衬套磨损时齿条衬套与齿条摩擦产生间隙由弹簧的弹性力消除磨损间隙,从而提高产品的使用寿命。
在衬套圆环体的内壁设有凸台和球型凹槽,可在球型凹槽内可储存一定的润滑脂,用于弹性齿条衬套使用过程中的润滑作用,减少齿条与衬套之间的磨损和因齿条与衬套摩擦而产生的异响,可显著降低齿条与衬套之间的磨损间隙,保持衬套润滑效果,弹性齿条衬套有效降低齿条与衬套产生的间隙和摩擦产生的异响。

具体实施方式    
如图1和图2所示,一种弹性齿条衬套,包括衬套圆环体1,在衬套圆环体1外壁上设有轴向齿2,在轴向齿2上设有两道平行的环槽5,环槽5内设有环形的弹簧6;所述的衬套圆环体1的内壁环形均布有凸台3,凸台3上设有若干个均匀分布的球型凹槽4。
弹性齿条衬套在工作时,齿条表面与弹簧齿条衬套内壁三个凸台均匀接触,当弹性齿条衬套内壁三个凸台磨损后,齿条与弹簧齿条衬套产生间隙,弹簧齿条衬套的弹簧压缩衬套圆环体自动补偿因磨损产生的间隙,消除了齿条与弹簧齿条衬套间因磨损产生间隙而造成转向器异响,能够自动补偿磨损间隙保持齿条与弹簧齿条衬套要求的间隙范围内。

1.一种弹性齿条衬套,包括衬套圆环体(1),在衬套圆环体(1)外壁上设有轴向齿(2),其特征在于:在轴向齿(2)上设有两道平行的环槽(5),环槽(5)内设有环形的弹簧(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹性齿条衬套,其特征在于:所述的衬套圆环体(1)的内壁环形均布有凸台(3),凸台(3)上设有若干个均匀分布的球型凹槽(4)。
